A great place which had everything we needed, the location was great too.

Absolutely wonderful property in a beautiful complex, the property was so well stocked for every necessity and then some.

The welcome gift in the fridge was just divine. The area is beautiful and was just an absolutely perfect break for myself and my 3 children. I have a child in a wheelchair and it was very disabled friendly. This was a gifted (free) holiday for families with disabled children and we are so grateful for the chance to stay at this amazing place. Our first holiday in around 5 years since having my son with disabilities and really allowed my children to be children and allowed myself to relax and recharge. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Lovely spacious apartment very near the beach and amenities.

Quiet outlook over the mini golf course. Very clean and comfortable, hosts were brilliant even supplying us with a filter coffee pot. Already thinking about booking a return.

Apart from the awful weather which did make our holiday very disappointing everything else was fine.

The flat is very well equipped and pleasant and the owner replied to any concerns raised promptly and helpfully. The flat is very near the beach, the shops and the pub with no hills to climb! It is also near the path to St Mawgan which is a lovely walk. It was disappointing that our small dog wasn’t allowed on the grassed area outside the patio doors, and that this wasn’t pointed out in the flat details on your website. Also despite our last full day being much drier, sunnier and warmer than all the days of that week the pool wasn’t open at all that day. We would rent it again.

Excellent location.

Close to beach, shops, walks and bus stop. Can leave your car in the private car park and go everywhere on foot. The apartment is lovely and spacious, well equipped, with great sunset views. Lovely to sit outside and watch the golfers, rabbits, baby blackbirds and world go by. Cannot fault it. We will be back.

Fabulous apartment!

Clean and bright, right by the beach and probably the best equipped holiday home we've ever stayed at. We had a brilliant time.

Great accommodation.

Spotlessly clean. Extremely well appointed modern kitchen! Fans and humidifier available, should there use be required. Modern bathroom with powerful shower, Lovely outlook from main windows. Close to local amenities. If there was a slight downer, it was the main bed. The mattress was too soft for my wife's and my liking. It felt like the bed was sloping toward the headboard. However, we have still re-booked for next year!

Helpful, charming owners Good sense of humour. we all had a great time.Beautiful sunsets, storm watching and racing the high spring tide. Look forward to coming again soon

We were already excited but it was even better. Finding out you have that gorgeous beach literally across the road was a very pleasant surprise. We knew it was near but the positioning of your property is amazing. My only suggestion would be a mop :) But as you know I had two 13 year olds, and they enjoyed that pool let me tell you. Other than that your attention to detail, even down to the little extras really made it a great week. I have already suggested to my girlfriends about coming back. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Beautiful flat.

Decor and furnishings lovely. Everything you could need was there. 3 mins walk to sea. Definitely visit again.

Unusual for us to mark a full top marks but this was an incredibley clean and welcoming flat.

Excellent facilities, provision of kitchen supplies. Very comfortable and roomy, well planned lay out. Books , toys, surf boards provided. Owners were accessible and quick to respond to queries. Very helpful. Mawgan Porth is a beautiful part of North Cornwall. we enjoyed our stay very much Thank you.

Very nice apartment, in good condition and decor.

Well equipped with everything you need. Facilities such as pool etc also really lovely and very well maintained and looked after. Amazing location.

This is a lovely apartment, in a lovely location.

Lots to do in the area, amazing beach. Fantastic oven meals at a reasonable price from local shop, as well as fab coffee. Try out the noodle van and the chip shop, foods great and you can spend the best part of a week without cooking without paying out a fortune. Will definitely visit again! Love the place and had a great holiday.

We loved the location - as a base we could travel north, west or south.

Everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable. The more permanent/semi permanent neighbours were very kind welcoming and chatty. We really enjoyed our late November Cornwall visit pity such a long drive to get there but it was worth it.

Had a great time, super place, could have done with mirror in bedroom for drying hair, other than that it was good, we will come back

The owners have done their best to modernise this apartment in such a short space of time from when it was purchased this year. The facilities were excellent. The apartment itself very homely, and welcoming, with the added bonus of a heated swimming pool. Location one of the best in Cornwall.

We had a fantastic week staying at 7, Europa Court.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to enable us, a family with two teenage boys (great WiFi!) to enjoy a week together in the gem that is Mawgan Porth. The off-road parking space was great and Europa Court was perfectly positioned for the beach, pub, shops etc. The view from the apartment meant we could enjoy the sunsets over the beach too which was a real bonus!
