“The property smelt awful when we first walked in.”

We opened the doors which helped. We were shocked that the sofas were so badly stained and marked as were the chairs by the dining area. There was obviously a lot of other peoples dogs hair on the sofa (to put your feet on) as we found out when our clothes were covered in hair, not our dogs as she isn’t allowed on furniture! We used throws on sofa after that. The above was a shame as the rest of the property was fine, a good clean of the furniture is needed , probably needs replacing.
