“This property is an ideal base for a Cornish holiday.”

On arrival, the property was exceptionally clean. Some nice touches of chocolates in each room and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. There was also a cleaning pack. On arrival, the property was exceptionally clean. Some nice touches of chocolates in each room and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. There was also a cleaning pack. The property is well apportioned, with enough room for everyone. The kitchen is well set out and has plenty of equipment. There is plenty of parking and the proximity to the train/bus station is great. The beds are comfortable and clean. There were only a couple of negatives. There should have been two showers, which would have made life a bit easier, but only one worked. I did contact the number on the booking and was assured that someone would come out to look at it. Unfortunately, no one came. The lock on the front door was also a little dodgy, meaning that it had to be locked from the outside and then enter through the fire escape. We also couldn't get the washing machine to work. Maybe it's just us. Overall, a nice place for a family stay.
