The property

With stunning, far-reaching sea views from most of its rooms, this tastefully furnished holiday home is located on the coast in the historic fishing port of Mevagissey, just a short walk along a footpath from the village.

Overlooking a large grassed area with a children's playground, this is the perfect setting for family holidays throughout the year.

There are 3 bedrooms; the master on the first floor benefitting from an en-suite bathroom with a bath to enjoy a luxurious soak after a day on the beach, a double with superb views over the coast and a bunk room for the children situated next to the ground floor bathroom.

The sitting room also enjoys sea views, with a log burner adding to the character and comfort.

A large games room has been created especially with the children in mind but with a multi games table offering table tennis, pool and air hockey everybody will be entertained.

At the side and accessed from the kitchen / diner is a quiet and private patio area to enjoy alfresco dining.

A walk across the green opposite will take you to the footpath which winds down to the village where a fine selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes or simply enjoy fish and chips sat on the harbour wall.

With beaches, fishing and boat trips all available close by there will always be so much to do here but a short drive away will take you to the two leading tourist attractions in the county, The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, both well worth a visit.

A well-equipped cottage in a wonderful coastal location.
