Steve “The house is in an ideal position for getting about Cornwall and is in an idyllic location 2 minutes from local pub an approx 5 miles from Newquay and choice of Supermarkets.”
We had a resident rabbit and pheasants in the adjoining field and on one occasion even a young deer.. My wife was enthralled... It is modern throughout and is equipped with most things that you need. Including high seat chair, BBQ, towels and tea towels, dish cloth and scrubber, washing up liquid, hand wash to relevant rooms, oils, salt and pepper etc. Also loads of cleaning materials and even fly spray. I found the Queen size bed uncomfortable but that is a personal choice. The double bed ...
The double bed was firmer and more to my liking. The wi-fi is not the best (due to limited choice providers) so if you want to stream on the TV turn off all other devices, phones etc. The upstairs curtains could do with being blackout as in June the sun is up early and the bedroom is really bright affecting sleep. A toilet brush is needed in the bathrooms. The welcome pack included fresh full fat Cornish milk (you can replenish this at the dairy 1 minute up the road!), apples, lemon cake, chocolate brownies and strawberries. All absolutely delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would like to to thank the owner for a wonderful time and good communication.
