“Driftwood was perfect for myself, my daughter and her friend.”
It was also lovely that it had a garden with table and chairs and a washing line to dry all your wet beach stuff.
The location is stunning (literally 100m from the beach) and it's a huge bonus to have parking for 2 cars which made it easy when my friends (who were also holidaying locally) wanted to come to meet us at the beach! It felt like a proper old fashioned English seaside home.
(no need to publish following comments....) The only thing that I feel the need to mention negatively is that the carpet in the middle bedroom is filthy. There are several dirty stains just as you walk into the bedroom and under the foot on the right hand side of the bed nearest the door. They are just stains from age and use but it really stuck out to me as being dirty and needs replacing.
It's a shame because the rest of the house was clean and light and airy. The other carpets appeared to be newer and the rug in the lounge was beautifully clean and fresh which made the carpet in the middle bedroom look even worse.
