This was a gem of a property.

My family thought the photos didn’t do it full justice. The bay the single bed was in was a lovely surprise for my grandson. Everything we needed for our weeks’ stay was provided. We didn’t realise how close we were to the Tesco which we used a few times. It was a real treat to sit on the veranda and be able to see the sea. The only downside was the floor wasn’t as clean as it could be, though a quick sweep and mop rectified this.

Sent a message to Sykes regarding extremely dirty floor.

They never got back to me so I had do spend the first day of our holiday mopping and cleaning…

Everything was immaculate and just like the listing. Amazing location and easy access to local beaches and other amenities. Amazing local places to eat highly recommend the Istanbul Grill Amazing food and service. We would love to come back in the future

The property was flawless - perfect location opposite the beach, clean, spacious rooms, multiple showers, handy washing machine and tumble, little gift on arrival, and even smart TVs throughout.

We have been staying in this apartment since it was built and come back several times a year.

Overall it's great but there have been a couple of niggles - the lamps in the twin room have gradually broken and not been replaced which is annoying if you want to read in bed. On this most recent visit, things seemed to have been moved out of the way and not put back, and the floors were still quite gritty. The cutlery was left in the dishwasher which absolutely stank when opened. We had to buy dishwasher cleaner, salt and rinse aid to get it back to a useable state. They are only small things and definitely wouldn't stop us from going back but it's a shame that it wasn't quite as good as normal, especially at the beginning of the season.

Wonderful property.

This was our second vist and it was like coming home. We are traveling with a 18 month old so loved that there is lots of space and really quiet considering its location. The undergroud carpark and lift are a god send with the variable weather. Beds are huge and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, so much room.

We stayed with our 1 year old and he had lots of room to run around. Kitchen has everying you needed to cook...even sharp knives! which is not as common as you would think. King bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Location is excellent, shops near by yet quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was lovely, absolutely huge so really spacious with everything you need.

Hand soap for the bathrooms and more toilet roll was all that was missing. Would have been five stars but unfortunately the apartment wasn't ready for the 3pm check in time, we had to wait in the car park for 50 minutes so not the best start after a 6 hour drive (or for our friends first time in Cornwall). The housekeepers were lovely and did an amazing job, we did feel bad for them as they said they were told they had until 4pm.

It surpassed all expectations.

The location is perfect with a private beach just below and restaurants close by. The apartment was so generously spacious. Comfortable beds. Looked after bathrooms with decent showers. Modern smart TV so Prime/Netflix accounts etc. can be linked up. The only downer was the building works they are doing close by and which faced one balcony; but that’s no fault of the apartment of course. We will be coming again for sure!

This was our second visit this year - we find the location ideal and secure parking is a bonus.

A sea view would be great but it’s never bothered us. This is a really well stocked apartment with plenty of space. The only negative is the new block being built next door, we saw it start earlier this year so we’re expecting some disruption, but it was still noisier than expected. The work starts just after 8am each morning and sounds worse if you have the windows open for fresh air. This may be out of everyone’s control but I do feel that it is something that should have been disclosed. It didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves but it was annoying at times.

Great location and just as good as last year!

We have stayed in this building several times now.

The location is great for accessing the town and local beaches. This apartment was perfect- big comfortable beds and pillows. A really well equipped kitchen and welcome packs are a nice touch. Would highly recommend to all.

Floors were gritty on arrival and needed washing.

Also although we are average height we struggled to reach cups and glasses in the wall cupboards due to their height. Sea was only partly visible from lounge so description of coastal views was deceiving.

On first impressions presents as clean but on closer look all floor's were filthy .

Had only been swept needs a really good mop .under beds the dust is thick .Hairs were found on drawers ,had to wipe out before we could put clothes away .. Advertised as amazing costal views .Very disappointed, could barely see any sea .Views from main from bedroom balcony was a brick building .Priced high end so expected more .
