Great property, had a lovely stay with no problems.

It was perfect for us plus the dog .

The stairs gate was perfect . I was glad we took a fan with us but needed more the top bedroom was so hot even with all windows wide open. Kitchen could have done with a air fryer and larger frying pan .The shower wouldng work in main bedroom but bath is amazing snd another dhower on top bedroom amazing . The situation was amazing for the beach just other side of road .we wantbto go back to stay again .

The house was the perfect base for our holiday.

We were truly spoilt with the weather so we went to the beach every day and being within easy walking distance made everything feel so much more relaxing. The house itself was very well equipped and the instruction manual was clear and helpful. The only small improvements we’d suggest would be adding a couple of fans, as the top floor became very hot during the heatwave and as ridiculous as it sounds, a full‑length mirror, as all the mirrors were positioned quite high. But it was a wonderful stay and would recommend to all.

6 Oceans Heights is a lovely property.

It is very clean and well presented. There is every thing you need in the kitchen. The beds are so comfortable. I loved the fact that the TV was simple to operate for a septuagenarian! My only compaint is that there was only one small bath towel per person with additional shared hand towels in the bathrooms and downstairs loo. The location is superb - three minutes walk to be able to look down on the beautiful Tolcarne Beach. I would love to go again.

This was such an AMAZING stay, everything we needed and more.

Great location, close to beaches, town, long walks, parks and supermarkets too. Everyone had their own space so did not feel cramped at all. LOVE the stair gate for the dog and baby this made things a lot easier and reduced worry especially for our little boy. Super facilities - we actually managed to get most of our washing done which made the unpacking a lot more pleasant. Used a lovely taxi service in the guidance book therefore didn’t have to worry about an airport transfer. We will recommend and return. Thank you so much!

A great house and so well equipped.

The first place that we have stayed where the kitchen knives are actually sharp and usable. The mattress in the master bedroom wasn’t to our liking however (too soft and not supportive enough) but that’s just personal taste. We had a really good time in the house and enjoyed our time in Newquay and maybe more so because it was during low season.

We really couldn’t have asked for more, only teeny things that would make it 110% is better water pressure in the shower and a mirror that us vertically challenged can actually see in comfortably

Had a great stay, fantastic location and the property is great.

The showers are very basic and could be much better - water pressure not great in top one and the one in the main bathroom would be better if there was a wall mount option.

What a wonderful house, spotless, private parking, obviously cared for and well looked after, nice welcome pack of cream tea was appreciated, situated close to tolcarne beach and only a short walk to the town, we loved it.

Our first time with Sykes cottages but I'm sure it won't be the last.

The house is amazing.

Everything you could wish for a your stay. Plenty of room for everyone and a lovely private garden.One down side was the sofa, after a long day walking it wasnt that comfortable. Location was brilliant, 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins walk to beach. I would definately reccommend and would absolutely book again next time im in Newquay.

A lovely house, well equipped, clean and a short walk to the fantastic beach.

Spacious bedrooms and nice wall pictures and seaside decorations. The only negative we found was the lounge sofa and armchair were very uncomfortable, hard and too small. We used the camping chairs stored in the cupboard to sit in instead. The location of the house is good and it is walking distance to the town centre.

We absolutely loved the house.

Great location, beautifully decorated, very clean.We would definitely come back. We also own a holiday let, so this is constructive feedback, not criticism: Sofa looks great, but not that comfortable! An additional armchair would be great. We were family of 5 and could not all sit in Living Room. Main Bathroom: an attachment for the shower head on the wall would make it so much easier. Garden looked a little unloved. Dead plants and grass needed cutting.

The house is lovely.

Clean modern interior and the decor is nice. En-suite bathroom/shower on the top floor was great as the older girls on the second floor had their own bathroom. We liked that there were clear instructions and local recommendations in the guest booklet. Attention to detail was great and the owners seemel to have thought of everything, including hairdryer, iron, etc. There are many beaches within walking distance, but the house is ideally placed for Tolcarne beach, which turned out to be our favourite and is just a stone's throw away. The sunset there from the terrace bar of the Colonial Inn was absolutely lovely!

The house is amazing and in a prime location so close to the beaches and bars. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return to the property in the future it had everything we required and lots more
