    “A lovely place to stay.”

So central and access to all amenities nearby. The apartment was lovely. Very modern and chic. Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms modern. The utility room fabulous for all of our beach wear. Beds very comfy and amazing games and DVDs to keep us entertained We were slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the balcony. Considering this was the height of summer, the windows hadn't been cleaned and neither had the furniture outside. I understand it will get dirty regularly with dust etc ...

I understand it will get dirty regularly with dust etc but there were lots of spiders webs and hadn't been cleaned in a while. The car parking was also an issue. We have a large estate car and we struggled to park in the allocated parking bay. They were extremely tight and we ended up swapping with a lovely resident who had a smaller car and happy to help, as we couldnt swing the car in without the possibility of causing damage to our car or someone else's. After this was sorted, we literally left the car for the week as transport around Newquay was amazing and the bus stop just outside was so handy. A great place to people watch!

Hi Tony Thanks for staying at whitewater… I’m glad you enjoyed the property and all the surroundings and the space that whitewater gives. I will check with my cleaner about the balcony… i’ve had no other reports previously about the balcony but I pride myself on my guests having a luxury stay… The windows get cleaned every week, and should have been cleaned the week of your stay.. From what I understand, you asked my neighbour who lives there permanently to swap parking bays, which they were happy to oblige.. So parking in my spot was never an issue with my neighbour and it shouldn’t have been with you. Tony as you wasn’t parked in my bay for the entire stay this was a very generous offer from my Neighbour and something you brought to there attention to swap car parking bays in order to help you out and they graciously did… I appreciate your feedback Tony and I hope to see you again soon. Regards Andrew Holland Property Owner
