Lovely location on Pentire, very comfortable and spacious accommodation! Couldn’t fault it, it’s a little gem, we’ll be back!

Great location for the beach. Facilites great. No complaints and was looking to go back before we left.

The apartment was great - beautifully furnished with everything we could need.

The apartment owners App was very informative and well used. Perfect weather for a whole week meant we spent most of our time visiting haunts from 15 years ago. Rick Steins on Fistral Beach is well worth the walk. So many nice restaurants within easy reach.

Ocean 1 is a fantastic space if you want to be at Fistral beach.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The owner Tracey provides great support ahead of your trip talking you through what to do when you arrive, during your stay and what to do when you are preparing to leave. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The property was in a lovely location with everything provided for a relaxing stay.

An absolutely lovely apartment very close to all amenities in Newquay with convenient parking.

The best equipped holiday home I’ve ever stayed in; a lot of things I’d not expect in a holiday home so this has raised the bar and set a new standard for expectations! Tracey is very helpful and a gem, and provided us with a fantastic apartment which made our stay. I would only stay here when returning to Cornwall and would recommend to anybody who is making the journey down!

Only minor comment is that the quilts have been tumble dried too may times and so are lumpy, but otherwise it was very good indeed.

Just what we needed.

Peace and quiet, switch off time and round the corner from the sea. Loved the showers ( we too have a Megaflow) and for me, the door handles! Strange thing to mention, but as I have arthritis and my fingers don't work brilliantly, those handles were so comfortable to hold and move. Would highly recommend the apartment, and Tracey emails and phone call was the personal touch.

From start to finish it was the perfect holiday. Me and my family didnt want too leave. Everything that we needed for a home from home stay was provided for. Thank you Tracey, we will be returning in the near future.

This is a lovely 3 bedroomed apartment.

Fantastic location to Fistral beach, Gannel river and short walk into Newquay. Little touches very much appreciated - Milk, biscuits and day to day bits like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid that others dont always supply. Very clean and owner very nice.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at 4 Ocean 1.

The apartment felt spacious, was so clean and had everything we needed and much more. We were really impressed. The little balcony was useful for drying wetsuits and getting a peek of the sea. The beautiful beach and cafe are about a 5 minute walk away and Crantock beach nearby was also stunning, we stopped at the Fern Pit cafe which I would recommend for breathtaking views. Tracey was so helpful in advance and in the stay, very welcoming and available for any questions. All in all 10/10!

The apartment was excellent.

It was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Beds and sofas were comfortable. Showers had good water pressure and the hot water was instant. Great location close to the beach and really good information provided by host beforehand. Only minor quibbles were that the kitchen was so well stocked with crockery, pans etc that there was very little room to store food (other than in the large fridge). Also the internet dropped out every 10 mins or so, so while watching i-player in the bedroom, it was regularly interrupted for 30 second bursts while the hub went through various colours before re-establishing connection and turning blue. This was not a big deal for us but may be more-so for other guests. Overall, thoroughly recommended.

Superb location for surfing on Fistral beach.

Easy access to Newquay. Had a fabulous weeks holiday!

Wow wow wow, this apartment was absolutely amazing.

It wasn't really what we wanted to begin with but with with things booking up so quickly we decided to book it and we weren't disappointed. It was clean, spacious, decorated to a high standard, comfortable and overall just brilliant. It was so close to Fistral Beach and a short walk into Newquay town. It was the perfect place for us as a family of 4. We will definitely be booking this again when we come back to Cornwall.

My family and I loved our holiday at 4 ocean 1, the apartment had everything we needed and more.

Even down to the childrens crockery, games, dvds and books. The window seat looking on to the sea, watching the surfers and bats at night, was my favourite seat of the apartment. The apartment is situated in a perfect place with just short walks away to the beach, park and town centre. There is so much to do, it really is the perfect place for a family holuday.

It was all as per the description except that there was also a hair dryer there that ladies would wish to know.

The owner was immensely helpful and still coming to terms with the new central heating system, but coped womanfully.( as opposed to manfully)

Fantastic holiday in sunny Newquay

This is a very good well appointed modern apartment, minutes from Fistril Beach.

Great base to visit Cornwall The only minor downsides, No King Size Bed and the balcony aspect is not the best as it is east facing. However these are offset by its facilities and location

The owner was especially helpful and took time to ensure we knew what to expect and how to find the location, as well as recommending places to visit/eat. And Sykes very good at keeping me updated about the booking and important milestones. Would definitely use again.
