It's always great to know that guests appreciate the effort we put in to make their stay a comfortable one and that we maintain it to a very high standard. We know that parking is a must and are fortunate to have plenty of parking within the small development for guests to switch off knowing that their cars and belongings are safe for their stay. Our views are to die for across the coastline and I personally have spent many hours enjoying this fantastic scenery across Newquay Bay. Guests travel a long way to stay with us for the views and to enjoy the quality of the property we have on offer. Communication is key for me to ensure guests staying at 5 Quay Court enjoy the property in full and don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying their holiday during their stay at our property. We do appreciate your kind comments Roy in regards to the properties cleanliness and high standards. Our cleaners are meticulous and take great pride in achieving the consistently high level of cleaning standard which is reflected in our guests ongoing feedback. Our views are amazing across the peninsula and we feel very fortunate that the position of the house captures the very best views of the coast in Newquay. Our aim is always to keep the property updated so that our guests can enjoy their stay in comfort and try to ensure it is without any issues. There was a dustpan in the property located in the kitchen cupboard which our cleaners verified, also the bag for the glass was in the basement on the top shelf of the racking. You are welcome to call me at any point of your stay to ask anything whatsoever including the whereabouts of any equipment. Our location we also feel is second to none as the town and sandy beaches are all within easy walking distance, and we are fortunate to have plenty of parking space at our property. We fully agree with you Ian, the property is located in the best location for all amenities, including beaches, restaurants and is close to the town centre. Guests always mention the fantastic views from both terraces and we are very fortunate to have these amazing views at our property. We're really pleased that you and your party had a great stay at 5 Quay Court , and that everything was catered for in the property for your holiday. We continually go to great lengths to ensure that items are updated where needed, so that guests do not have to think of anything during their stay. Parking is never an issue with 2 car parking spaces provided, and as you've pointed out the property is within walking distance of several fantastic beaches and the town centre. We agree that showers are an important part of any holiday, and we're fortunate to have 3 fully equipped lovely bathrooms to use. The blinds are being replaced shortly for an alternative better option. We have never had an issue with the the speed of wi-fi , in fact guests have messaged to say that it works very well. So we are wondering if this was being used correctly. Dogs are more than welcome and we have our own dog who visits with us regularly. We have to respect our neighbours and that's why we suggest places for owners to take their dogs for exercising and toileting purposes. We would love you to see you and your party back to visit Newquay and enjoy the fantastic views and all that Newquay and Cornwall have to offer. Thanks Simon

Along with having two parking spaces directly at the front of our property, which is rare in Newquay. We constantly update the property and think about our guests in regards to what their needs are to ensure that they are catered for in every way possible.
