    Great location for accessing the town with Towan / Great Western beach 5 mins walk away and Fistral beach 10 mins walk away. The showers were fabulous (excellent water pressure). It would’ve been out of our budget but we got a late deal. The roof terrace and blinds at the back of the house need a bit of TLC. The wi-fi was rather slow which made the smart TV tedious to use but Freeview channels OK. Dogs seem to be tolerated rather than accepted / welcomed with a list of things dogs can’t ...

    We're really pleased that you and your party had a great stay at 5 Quay Court , and that everything was catered for in the property for your holiday. We continually go to great lengths to ensure that items are updated where needed, so that guests do not have to think of anything during their stay. Parking is never an issue with 2 car parking spaces provided, and as you've pointed out the property is within walking distance of several fantastic beaches and the town centre. We agree that showers are an important part of any holiday, and we're fortunate to have 3 fully equipped lovely bathrooms to use. The blinds are being replaced shortly for an alternative better option. We have never had an issue with the the speed of wi-fi , in fact guests have messaged to say that it works very well. So we are wondering if this was being used correctly. Dogs are more than welcome and we have our own dog who visits with us regularly. We have to respect our neighbours and that's why we suggest places for owners to take their dogs for exercising and toileting purposes. We would love you to see you and your party back to visit Newquay and enjoy the fantastic views and all that Newquay and Cornwall have to offer. Thanks Simon Property Owner

Pulling up to the property and making the most of the inclusive off-road parking, head up to the second-floor, where you'll be welcomed by a superb, contemporary kitchen space with an adjoining balcony, featuring Neff appliances, and sure to be the social hub of the home with its dining area and spacious sitting area, plus a balcony where you can make the most of the outstanding coastal views.

Continue up a short flight of stairs to the rooftop terrace, offering spectacular views all along the coast to Trevose Head.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches.
