The property

Apartment 3, Fistral Beach is one of seven stylish and contemporary apartments with superb views of the beach and sea on the favoured Esplanade Road to the south of Newquay.

With one of the worlds’ premier surfing beaches just 50 yards away, this is a great base for a relaxing beach holiday or to explore some of the many activities this vibrant seaside town has to offer.

With your own parking space to the front, a lift (or short flight of stairs) carries you up to the first floor of this modern building.

With a sleekly styled open plan living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchen, plus sliding doors to large balcony you can relax and take in the breath-taking surf and sea views at any time of day.

The bedrooms are equally beautifully presented with a twin, along with a TV so you can continue your favourite series to bed, while the master king-size bedroom offers a with sleek en-suite shower room.

From the double bedroom sliding doors open to a private and enclosed suntrap, south-facing paved terrace with table and chairs and plenty of space for surf board or bike storage.

If you can tear yourself away from the view and the stunning beaches there are lots of different activities to explore; within a short walk there are many bars, restaurants and independent shops, as well as several attractions including the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo where you can meet an exotic range of animals.

Wander along to Towan Headland and admire the beautiful views of the Atlantic Sea or spend the morning in Porth, a lovely setting for an exhilarating hike along the South West Coast Path.
