    The garden was an absolute mess, broken glass everywhere which is not what you want when you have a dog could of ended badly the mattresses were disgusting black mould in most of the bedrooms the chair legs give away when my daughter sat in the chair, and nearly went through the glass table overall was very disappointed with the property it was listed with sky TV which did not have and said parking for four cars which we struggle to get to on

    Thank you for highlighting these issues during your stay at Pasadena. I rely on my cleaning staff to report any issues and no other guest had made them aware previously of any problems so we appreciate you making us aware. We have now hired new cleaners who will be addressing everything to ensure there will be no problems for any other guests going forward. We apologise for the error with the Sky TV, We hope this didn't inconvenience your stay too much and that you were able to make use of the smart function and freeview that is supplied. Regarding the parking we have had 4 small cars park there previously but can appreciate it might be a tight squeeze, we have updated our information, but there is road side parking available for other guests We apologise for the issues during your stay but are very thankful you have let us know so we can make sure everyone can have the best stay possible with us at Pasadena. We do wished you would have contacted us during your stay as we could have had someone attend for you, but we do hope overall you enjoyed your time away. Property Owner

Pasadena, a fabulous, four-bedroom home rests in the heart of Newquay, a bustling resort near the Cornish coastline.

Enjoying estuary views, overlooking Trenance Gardens, and within walking distance to the beach, a hub of amenities and attractions, Pasadena offers a stylish, fully-equipped base for a family, looking to retreat to this lovely part of the county.

Be welcomed by a charming lawned garden, with a private driveway for convenience, possible to fit four cars.

Step indoors to be met by two double bedrooms, both resting on the ground floor, where you can unpack your belongings and make yourself at home.

Travelling down to the lower-ground-floor, be wowed by the open-plan living space, featuring a sleek kitchen with breakfast bar, a dedicated dining area, and a homely sitting area with a woodburning stove, Smart TV, and plush corner sofa, enjoying views out to the rear garden.

Use this space as your social hub, to prepare meals, dine and plan your itinerary, or if the weather allows, be sure to enjoy an alfresco affair, with breathtaking views over to River Gannel.

When sleep calls, two further bedrooms can be found on the first floor, including a double and a spacious super-king-size room with an en-suite, whilst a contemporary bathroom services the rest of your group.

Once you're ready to explore, be spoilt for choice when sampling local menus or heading to the shops, with plenty of amenities upon your doorstep, whilst attractions are also nearby, including Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay, the sandy landscape of Newquay Beach, and the picturesque cove of Little Fistral Beach.

Follow the coastal path around for further beach days, with both Holywell Bay and Perranporth Beach renowned for their beauty, before dining out at the Summer House restaurant, set upon the waterfront.

Be sure to finish your break in Padstow, where you can adopt a lobster at the National Lobster Hatchery, board a Padstow Sealife Safari - Wildlife Watching Boat Trip, sample some local produce at an eatery upon the harbour, or hike up to St George’s Cove for cliff top views, before returning home for sundowners.
