The property

The Salt House is a delightfully refurbished terrace house boasting three floors of contemporary living while being situated in the heart of Newquay.

Perfect for a family or couples holiday, this luxurious property can accommodate up to twelve guests via the six bedrooms which can be found on the first and second floors.

The first room you will notice is the bright and airy living room that benefits from an open plan layout.

The sitting area features comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV; helping you to relax after a long day out, while just off to the side, the smart kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and gleaming all white units.

There’s also a fine dining table for which you can gather at mealtimes and plan your next adventure.

All of the bedrooms are immaculately presented and host various sleeping arrangements to cater for all preferences.

Three of the bedrooms benefit from an en-suite shower room while the other bedrooms are served by the ample family bathroom on the first floor.

At the rear of the house there is a BBQ and furniture for some al fresco dining, but if you fancy eating out then Newquay hosts a wealth of fine restaurants, pubs and cafes which can all be reached in a short walk.

Head along the popular South West Coast Path for a mesmerizing views, or spend the day at the world-famous Fistral beach, the home to some the best surfing conditions in the country.

Holywell 6 miles; Perranporth 8.5 miles; Truro 14 miles; Padstow 14 miles.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
