Condurro House is a characterful, well-presented cottage overlooking the Tresillian River in the quaint village of St Clement, Cornwall.

Just a few miles outside of Truro, with lovely walks right from the doorstep and plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, this charming abode is perfect for families wanting a break from normal life.

The sitting room is fabulously uplifted by plenty of natural lighting and finished with an assortment of seating from which you can relax into the evening, all while the woodburning stove offers a gentle warmth.

Move into the characterful kitchen/diner, offering a handy selection of appliances to assist in your home-cooking, along with a charming dining area where everyone can toast to a long-awaiting holiday.

As the evening comes to an end, discover the bedrooms, comprised of a ground floor double and a further double and twin room upstairs offering admirable views over the river and surrounding area, a real treat to wake up to!

Completing the interior of Condurro House is the bathroom and ground floor shower room, so you can feel how best to prepare the day.

The pretty patio and furniture is simply ideal for relaxing with a drink, or wander into St Clement and absorb the old-world feel and quiet charm.

Truro’s fabulous centre is easily accessible; the city is bursting with first-class shopping, eating and drinking spots, as well as a local train station providing links to nearby towns and villages.

Things to do in the city include a visit to the remarkable Victorian Gothic cathedral, the National Trust’s Trelissick Garden, the Royal Cornwall Museum and Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm, where you can sample a taste of delicious cider and bring the children along to enjoy the farm.

While in the area, take a trip to Falmouth and stroll along the iconic harbour whilst tucking into some hot fish and chips or plan a day trip to the Roseland Peninsula and discover wooded countryside and secluded coves.

In easy reach of some fine Cornish attractions, Condurro House is a wonderful escape to southwest England.

With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself. With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
