Carn Brea is a charming annexe located close to the picturesque St. Agnes Heritage Coast in Redruth, Cornwall.

Upon entering the single-storey annexe, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed studio-style space comprising a double bed, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area.

The open-plan layout is both stylish and contemporary, featuring a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delightful meals for two.

Enjoy your creations at the dining table before unwinding in the sitting area, where a comfortable sofa and wall-mounted Smart TV provide the perfect setting for a relaxing evening.

When it’s time to rest, a wooden partition separates the sleeping area, which includes a double bed and wardrobe for your belongings.

For added flexibility, the sofa bed can be set up to create additional space.

The shower room is bright and airy, thanks to a Velux window that floods the space with natural light.

Step outside into the enclosed garden, where you can savour your morning coffee on the patio, surrounded by attractive potted plants.

REDRUTH

Falmouth 10.5 miles; St Ives 16 miles.

Redruth is a small town in Cornwall, dating in parts from the 12th century. It was once the centre of Cornish mining history and is now at the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is a selection of shops, pubs and eateries, and the town holds a variety of continental markets throughout the year. Attractions close to Redruth include the Carn Brea Trail, The Great Flat Load, which is fantastic for cyclist and dog walkers alike, Tolgus Tin Stream Works, and the Tehidy Country Park. The beach at Portreath is a 10 minute drive, or 2.5 miles from Redruth. The entire stunning North coast is a suburb playground for surfing and all watersports, with resorts such as St Ives, Falmouth, the Roseland Peninsula and the whole Lizard Peninsula within easy reach.
