Beautifully presented and styled for every comfort, enter into the modern interior with wood floors, a sofa, and a plush king-size bed.
The kitchen is set to the side, where breakfasts, lunches, and dinner feasts can be made - if the eateries don’t tempt you out.
The smart and spacious shower room will set you up for the day and wash away those sandy toes after a beach swim.
The rear garden boasts a patio area with sun loungers and an alfresco table and chairs, a lovely spot for that morning latte or sundowner drink, with a shared raised lawn beyond.
Harbourside Falmouth is a colourful, bustling resort with historical Pendennis Castle, the Maritime Museum, and four beaches for water sports, swims, and shoreline paddles.

As mentioned in other reviews, the hot tap water was weak but it was easy enough to boil a kettle!
One simple, cheap but effective change would be to add a clothes hook in the bathroom. Generally, the property was fantastically clean and very attractively decorated. We would return in a shot, and happily recommend the studio to others.
Had a lovely last minute August BH weekend at Elder Cottage Studio.
A cosy, comfortable and well equipped place to stay. A few thoughtful things left out for us including milk, water & a lovely welcome note. Had a very nice Sunday roast at the pub down the road too & was great we could take the dog
We loved our stay there for 5 nights.
It was very nicely decorated & very well equipped, felt like home. It smelt lovely & the garden gives it a very nice touch as well. Location of the cottage is perfect for quick access to nearby beaches & amenities. The host is very kind & sweet too. We would love to book it again in the future.
