Our housekeeping team works incredibly hard, so knowing their care and attention to detail showed means the world to us. We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the lawn and weeds—and we certainly take it in the friendly spirit it was intended! You are spot on about that garden view making the work a lot more enjoyable; if only you lived closer, we might have taken you up on that offer! To let you know, we are actually currently in the process of finding a new, reliable gardener who can regularly take care of Shearwater's grounds. Your note is a great reminder of how important it is to get that sorted so the outside looks just as beautiful and cared for as the inside. We also really appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the driveway and the bins. We always want our guests to have a seamless experience, so your comments are incredibly valuable. We will certainly take your notes about the driveway into consideration and look at how we can make adjustments or provide clearer guidance for larger vehicles when we do our upcoming winter maintenance. Thanks to your note about the bins, we have actually just updated our welcome email for all future guests! We have now clarified that our waste is collected privately every Friday by Bostraze, and that there is no need to separate recycling—everything can simply go into black bags in the black bins. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Pra Sands. We are thrilled you enjoyed the spacious house, the high standard of equipment, and our excellent location near the beach. We sincerely appreciate your honesty regarding the areas where we can improve. Please rest assured that the issue with the lawn is a priority for us; due to a busy schedule of back-to-back bookings, we are currently working hard to coordinate timings to get a specialist in to lay the new lawn as soon as possible. We are also in the process of adding a BBQ for guest use, alongside installing additional outside hangers specifically for drying wet clothes and wetsuits. Regarding a tumble dryer, we unfortunately do not have the extra physical space required for a standalone unit. We did research a combined washer-dryer, but found they are prone to breaking down quickly, and we want to ensure all provided appliances remain reliable. Thank you again for helping us to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back to Para Sands in the future.
