“I have rated this property 5 stars due to the very well equipped and beautifully decorated amenities as well as the large space for 2 people.”

it is also well situated for beaches and Newquay. Just a few points - only half a toilet roll provided, only one bin bag and no compostable liners for the food bucket, no washing up bowl or plug in the sink (we didn't generate enough for the dishwasher). However we would definitely stay here again as it is probably the nicest accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Thank you so much for your feed back. My house keeper sends her apologies but she had planned to retune with replacement items but had a family emergency and it went out of her mind. Please be assured that she is there at the end of the phone 24/7 to help with any issue to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you do choose to stay again in the future please let her know in advance of your stay. Best regards Cathy. Owner. Property Owner

Be welcomed into the large open-plan living space with two white leather sofas (one reclines by the touch of a button) situated around the 55” Smart TV, there is a DVD player so you can choose from the selection of DVDs provided and enjoy a romantic movie night.

Behind this is a dining table and chairs which has seating for four and can be used to enjoy a romantic meal or use the provided board games (you are welcome to bring your own!) for those quieter evenings.

The kitchen has been fitted to a high-standard with pristine white units and sleek worktops providing all the appliances needed for cooking.

Once the evening draws to a close, retire to the king-size bedroom which comes with two chest of drawers for storing your personal belongings and benefits from the TV so you can enjoy your favourite morning shows from the comfort of your bed!

The family shower room has a large walk-in 'rain forest' shower so you can take a relaxing soak at the end of a tiring day.

During the summer months, throw open the patio door and let the cool breeze wash over the interior, before stepping out to the small enclosed terrace.

Here, you can dine alfresco or simply enjoy a cup of coffee whilst watching the sun rise or catching up with a good book.

The property also comes with a surf locker which is located by the entrance door.

This property is well-placed on the outskirts of Newquay, one of Cornwall's most popular seaside resorts and holds an abundance of tourist attractions.

Make sure you visit Newquay Golf Club which has a challenging course and is suitable for beginners and professionals alike.

Or venture towards the Blue Reef Aquarium to experience its underwater tunnels and spot the array of underwater creatures through the glass.

If you can tear yourself away from all of Newquay's finest features, further afield are the Pentire Point and St Agnes Heritage Coast AONBs for exploring.
