Great location & a lovely cosy stay.

Extremely clean. Well equipped kitchen. A stones throw from Fistral Beach & a lovely walk into Newquay across the cliff tops. Would definitely stay again.

We love this place.

It’s our 6th time of staying here and hope to stay again. Perfect location for surfing, beach walks and a 15 minute walk into town. A very comfortable apartment with lots of home comforts and very clean and well kept.

We loved the apartment, it had everything we needed, it was spotless and smelled beautiful - the little touches like dishwasher tablets and tea and Coffee were really appreciated too and the location is fantastic.

The only thing that concerned me was being unable to directly contact the owner. When we arrived we couldn’t get into the gate because they had changed the number, luckily a resident let us in - we were also unable to get the WiFi working in the first couple of days so a quick txt would have been good to be able to get this resolved as my message to Sykes was never answered. They were only minor things however so we have booked again as we loved it so much

Had a fantastic relaxing break, apartment was home from home had everything we needed and more, comfy beds, good showers plenty of room.

Extra touches were above & beyond would highly recommend.

We had three nights here in June and really enjoyed the apartment.

The apartment is very well laid out and well stocked with everything you need, the location is brilliant, you are literally 50 metres from Fistral beach, which you can actually see from the back patio. The outside space was very good for us and our two whippets, it could only be improved by a gate in the back fence to allow you to get out straight to the beach without either climbing over or walking all the way round the whole apartment block. We will return next year.

Excellent facilities in the apartment, beds very comfortable, very close to the beach.

Good large garden area for dogs. Only permit parking for one car but the second car just about managed to find parking nearby each day. Local beach has many surfers so perfect location if you intend to surf. Great beach bar at end of beach.

2nd visit to this property this year , will definitely be booking again.

Perfectly placed. Such a lovely really well equipped flat.

What a great location - short walk to Fistral Beach - which was a brilliant beach to walk dogs or go surfing.

Would recommend Quicksilver Surf School (just round the corner) and Olla Hiki Sauna at end of Fistral Beach. Accommodation was great - nice open plan living space, super comfy beds and lots of hot water for the showers. Only thing to watch out is garden is not secure for dogs keen to go exploring!

We were very happy with this lovely apartment, it was so well equipped with everything you would ever need.

The Prosecco was much appreciated! Plus the tea , coffee , milk and biscuits . It was clean . The position of the apartment was so close to the sea , with a view out of the patio doors . Just lovely. I think so far this has been the best accommodation we have stayed in , and we have stayed in countless places.

We love this apartment we have been 5 times now.

It is a perfect location and having the ground floor is perfect for the dogs. We have already booked for next year.

Lovely warm and easy to use flat.

Enjoyed seeing the swell hit Fistral from the lounge. Kitchen utensils were well thought through with all the essentials and a few more. We did struggle in the dark to figure which flat was ours from the description and had to guess at the lock box as this wasn't marked clearly. A simple map and sticker on the box would solve these issues. Great having parking so near the property that is dedicated to residents.
