“This is a very well appointed apartment with everything you could need.”

All the appliances are top of the range makes. Very comfortable bed, great shower, and probably the best of all, a balcony with a great view over Newquay Golf Course and Fistral Beach. Would thoroughly recommend, and would definitley go back in the future.

This was one of the best apartments we have stay in so far in Newquay. Parking is always a concern to us, but not at Fistral Watch ample parking space was provided for each apartment. Would highly recommend.

“Outstanding property, the pictures don't do it justice.”

Everything of top quality, fixtures, fittings, appliances. The flat has everything you'll need, from hairdryers to iron and hoover etc. Good quality linens and towels. In fact it all felt absoltuely new. And every room has a view of the beach. The views are wonderful and the sound insulation in the flat is excellent. We never heard the neighbours. The flat is a short walk from the beach. Out of the main door, turn left and walk down the stairs to the beach. There's an outside shower to get the sand off. The car parking is great, it's behind an electric gate at the back of the property and the spaces are a good size. Plenty of space. We spent 2 weeks at the flat. If you're planning to go I'd also book the best reviewed restauarants before you go as places like The Fish House were fully booked for the whole time we were there. We didn't know Fistral Beach before we went but it is beautiful. The flat is at the quiet end of the beach. People cluster at the north end near the car park and larger restaurants. So you can find a space to sit even at busy times. The lifeguards there are excellent and our kids loved the waves. They learnt to surf while there and were in the sea jumping around every day. There are great rockpools at that end of the beach too. We caught fish and shrimps, crabs and prawns. We put them back of course. The beach is soft sand, great for sandcastles and the water was lovely when we were there. There was no junk on the beach and the sea was warm enough for the kids not to need wetsuits. Overall a great stay. Lovely property, very well maintained. The welcome pack of high end food and local produce was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

“The apartment is advertised as accommodating 4 adults, but there is only adequate seating in the living area for 3.”

The balcony only has 2 seats, which was disappointing as the weather was lovely but only 2 of our party could sit outside. Apart from these observations everything was excellent.

“An amazing apartment with just as amazing views.”

The apartment has everything, you need not bring anything apartment from your clothes. It had all the modern touches.It was so cozy it was just like being at home. Only one small thing I would say it could do with is more pillows for the beds and a throw as an extra on top of duvet as people have different body temperatures.

The apartment was amazing. You never quite know from the photos, but this time the reality was even better than the pictures. The views are just amazing - the sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, the kitchen and it’s facilities was amazing. The beach is just a short walk away which was fantastic, we could just walk down in wetsuits and come back when we were ready. This end of Fistral Beach was so quiet, away from the crowds. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

The property

Fistral Watch is situated on the coastal road in a small select development just outside of Newquay on the Pentire peninsula.

Directly overlooking Fistral beach and the Atlantic Ocean with stunning views over the golf course and beyond to Fistral Bay.

The location is perfect for beach lovers and also walkers the location of this luxury two bedroom second floor apartment is perfect.

Make yourself feel right at home in the spacious open plan living room with a SONOS sound system, superbly equipped kitchen and comfortable dining and sitting areas designed to make the most of the stunning views.

The finest views are to be had from the private balcony, a great spot to enjoy al fresco dining or a drink to enjoy the spectacular sunsets after a long hard day on the beach or to spot some of the local wildlife.

There are two bedrooms, a double with en suite facilities and walk in wardrobe and a twin room adjoining the family bathroom.

With a choice of excellent beaches and some of Cornwall's finest pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance you will be able to leave your car parked in your private space for the duration of your holiday if you desire such is the location.

When it comes to dining out a delightful walk along the coastal path directly opposite the apartment will take you to Lewinnick Lodge serving great locally sourced food all day starting with a full Cornish breakfast through to dinner in the evening.

With Newquay town centre again easily accessible and many of Cornwall’s finest attractions on your doorstep, Fistral Watch offers a wonderful apartment in a superb location and is available all year round.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive.
