We could not fault it. Very comfy beds, quality bedding, lovely showers, decent sized tv and everything you need in the kitchen. Just perfect!

Secure parking at this property is excellent ! Views from apartment are amazing we been coming to this apartment since 2019 and we never want to leave! We hope to be back again later in the year ! Thanks for a lovely comfortable stay !

Wonderful stay, we had a fabulous week at little fistral, the view each morning over fistral was stunning, my Mum sat and watched the surfers, the golfers and the odd paraglider that dropped in.

The apartment is beautiful and nothing is forgotten a real home from home. It was immaculate and extremely clean and we can’t wait to rebook.

Little Fistral is a lovely spacious apartment with stunning views.

It is in a great location for the beach with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment is well equipped and has a very high standard of cleanliness.

Felt very uneasy during our stay,mainly because of the email & tone of such from the owner which 're-iterated rules that Sykes had already stated.

I am disabled & need the use of separate room which why we always book a 2 bedroom property but the owners extra stipulation about amount of people allowed made me feel as though we would be called upon to explain why both rooms were used,plus petrified in case spilt anything. It was a shame as view set me up for the winter . Do also think a stand should be taken as to the stripping of beds & removal of rubbish implemented over covid & now seemingly in perpituary! We stayed overnight at hotels to & from the accommodation & they do not now request this!!

This apartment has everything you need, comfortable beds ,excellent shower, private parking, everything you could need for a great stay is provided . Thanks for the welcome pack it’s much appreciated! This was our fourth visit to this apartment and we did not want to leave! We love this apartment and would highly recommend it ! Wow, that is all we can say.

From entering the apartment to leaving 7 days later, we where absolutely blown away with the apartments features, comfort and style. What made it so special was the view over Fistral Beach, breathtaking. This is a highly equipped apartment with top end tech which truly makes it a special holiday and place you really want to come back to after a long day out discovering Cornwall. The other added bonus is the secured car parking space to the rear. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Little Fistral is an amazing Apartment with Stunning Views over Fistral Beach !

This was the third time we have stayed in this apartment and it is exceptional spotlessly clean with everything you need everything in this apartment is top quality and the parking is in a private car park behind the apartment block which is brilliant ! The fresh flowers and the welcome pack were lovely ! Great weather too! We will definitely be back ! We miss that Beautiful view already ! Hope to book again in the summer

Great position overlooking Fistral beach and surprisingly quiet position.

Little fistral was amazing.

The views were brilliant and when it was raining you could sit and watch the surfers or the golfers. The appliances and furniture were first class. Best place we have ever stayed in Newquay and we would love to stay again (but there aren't any dates available)

Really nice apartment, highly spec'ed, super clean and in the most perfect location!

We are part of the Kelly’s Heroes Team, having just completed the John O Groats to Lands End Charity bike ride, after this epic journey, we get to stay in this amazing apartment overlooking Fistral Bay, & Newquay Golf Course, stunning views watching the surfers & golfers each day.

The apartment was extremely clean and in a great location.

The views from the living room were beautiful. The owner was on hand if we had any questions during our stay and left a little pack of goodies for us on arrival. We had an amazing few days staying at Fristal House during our babymoon!

Little Fistral is definitely the best Apartment we’ve stayed in to date in Newquay !

This apartment has everything you could want and is fitted out with the very best appliances and products available ! Lovely comfy Settee ,excellent TV ,Sky TV, Fridge ,Cooker,Washer,Tumbler And Dyson Hoover which was so much better than having to pull a Henry Hoover around as we’ve had to do in other apartments ! The View from little Fistral is Amazing we really didn’t want to leave and we will Definitely be back !! THANKYOU WE HAD A BRILLIANT TIME !

We have had an excellent holiday.

The apartment was excellent in every aspect. It surpassed our expectations and would certainly consider renting the apartment again.

In a word 'Awesome'

It was very nice to have the welcome basket, The towels were of a very good quality but I would have appreciated full sized bath sheets.

Although the dishwasher was very good a tea towel would also have been appreciated. Everything was very high tech but we were unable to reduce the temperature of the heating.

The apartment was even better than the description.

Booking and payment procedures were very straightforward and Sykes' staff were most helpful.

Regarding the property Little Fistral - it was superbly furnished and equipped. The owner put a lot of thought into this, and the "welcome" gifts were greatly appreciated.

We really enjoyed this exceptionally well-equipped and peaceful apartment.

The panoramic views of the surf and golf from the lounge balcony added magnificent entertainment during our stay. The lift to the second floor and secure parking was also a bonus. Thank you!
