    “The property was first class.”

Everything that we could have ever wanted was provided. The only very small problem we had was with the key safe , it has lost its number. We had to try another one first.

The property

This contemporary third-floor penthouse is located in a famous Newquay development.

Penthouse 23 is located in a prime section of Newquay, with views over Fistral Beach and the Pentire Headland towards Crantock, as well as being just a five-minute walk from the Gannel Estuary.

This spacious apartment has 1833 sq ft internal floor area and is reached by using the elevator to the second floor, then taking the stairs to the third floor and penthouse level.

Discover the open-plan living area, where the designated chef may familiarise themselves with the kitchen, which features a double oven, induction stove, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher to meet all of your home-cooking needs.

Serve the results of your labour at the dining table before transferring the conversation to the corner sofa, which is ideal for watching movies on the Smart TV.

Views from Fistral beach can be seen from one end of the accommodation, while the small balcony offers quiet views across the Pentire Headland.

Be sure to check out the games room during your stay, where you will find a pool table which all the family can enjoy.

As the night falls, retire to the bedrooms, which include a master suite with king-size bed, TV, and opulent en-suite shower room, as well as two more king-size bedrooms with neutral décor.

A family bathroom completes the inside, allowing you to relax after a day of adventure with a nice dip.

When you're ready to go exploring, the Fern Pit café, famous for its lobster salad lunches, crab sandwiches, and Cornish cream teas, is only a five-minute walk away.

Explore the lovely working waterfront and a plethora of fantastic attractions, including the Blue Reef Aquarium and Zoo in the town centre.

Days on the beach can be easily enjoyed on Fistral Beach, a popular spot for surfers and thrill seekers as they take on the waves of the UK's surfing capital, while the scenic splendour of the area is best absorbed by a trip along the South West Coastal Path, which runs alongside Cornwall's dramatic coastline toward Holywell Bay.

Make the trek to Truo, which boasts a magnificent Victorian Cathedral that dominates the skyline, the serene Victoria Gardens, and the enchanting Enchanted Trail, as well as an incredible array of pubs, stores, and restaurants, and where you can even try axe throwing!

Penthouse 23 is an excellent choice for a memorable stay in this Cornish region.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.
