No complaints at all, the location was lovely and quiet and the apartment very well laid out comfortable out and roomy.

Jane was very welcoming and friendly, We enjoyed our stay very much and very much expect that we will visit again.

Edyvean in portmellon was clean tidy and had everything you would have at home the owner Jean is lovely Edyvean in a lovely quite area 5 mins walk down to the sea lovely little village would highly recommend to friends and family thankyou for making our stay comfortable oh and not forgetting the lovely welcome pack

Noisy movements from above. Should be noted a large step. No good for a stroll as this area is very, very hilly. Nice little extras supplied by owner.

No windows or fan supplied very hot to sleep only window that could be opened was the front room which would have been subject to security as on the ground floor

We had a lovely relaxing week at EdyVean and would certainly recommend it.

The apartment was lovely, clean, very comfortable and well equipped. We ate in a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything we needed to do this. The parking space was much appreciated and the outdoor space was super. Jane the owner was very friendly and gave us some good tips about places to visit locally. You can walk into Mevagissey, which takes about 15 to 20 mins and there are some lovely little shops, tea rooms and restaurants. It's a great location to visit Eden, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown and local beaches. Definitely will return.

Nice accommodation but location was rather tricky given the bad weather and flooded roads.

Should be brilliant in the summer months.

A lovely comfortable apartment, really clean and superbly equipped with everything needed and more.

It has a very large shower room with a great walk in shower and a nicely furnished lounge.The bed was really comfortable but unfortunately there were no windows in the bedroom. The property is very convenient for the coastal path from Portmellon Cove which is about 5-10 minutes walk away and has a lovely cafe serving take away drinks & food, (the pasties & cake are delicious) and also a pub (this doesn’t serve food). Gorran Haven beach is a 10 minute drive away and is a lovely sandy beach, gently shelving. It also has a bar and cafes. There is a small outside patio at the property by the front door. The property is described as a short walk from Mevagissey, but it is a very steep walk and not suitable for everyone, so we had to use the car much more than we had planned. For guests with no mobility issues this would be a great choice.

I had a very relaxing holiday at EdyVean, superb property.

Very well located for stunning beaches and the SW coastal path. A few minutes walk to the Cove at Portmellon , which is perfect for swimming ! You can even learn to paddle board or kayak at Portmellon. Everything and more provided in the appartment. Spotlessly clean ! Property owner is very kind and considerate with an abundance of local knowledge. Thank you

We've stayed in many self catering holiday lets, this one was probably the most well equipped one that we've stayed in.

Quality furniture, kitchen appliances and equipment. The Host is wonderful, very pleasant and easy to get on with. One the main reasons why we'll be going back to stay.

A fabulous fortnight.
