Chapel Green

Had a wonderful family break in this gorgeous property.

8 adults and 4 children, there was plenty of room for us all. The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit and as we were blessed with amazing weather the children made good use of the garden at the front. It’s a well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking pots and pans, utensils, plates and cutlery. The quality of furnishings and bedding gave a luxury feel. A lovely welcome pack was waiting for us on arrival. Julia was a fantastic host and am already looking forward to when we can stay again.

Our family group of 10, consisting of three generations, has just returned from a wonderful week at Chapel Green.

A charming, welcoming, well equipped house, with a lovely garden, views over the surrounding countryside, tranquil setting (well located for walks, visits to local attractions, villages and beaches etc) with the bonus of pool, jacuzzi, games room and gym. We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts, Julia and David, who also provided some provisions, including delicious scones, on arrival. An excellent holiday, thank you.

Chapel Green was fantastic property with plenty of space and very well equipped.

Julia and David were wonderful hosts who had thought of everything and we loved the welcome treats. The house was amazing and comfortable for the 10 of us, the pool and hot tub were brilliant, the games room great fun and the gardens beautiful . We enjoyed trips to the Eden project, fantastic walks with amazing views to dodmans point and Gribbin head, walks along Par beach, and a trips to mevagissey and Fowey. We enjoyed food at Sam’s on the beach, polkerris, the Polgooth inn, the Cribbis hut on Carylon bay. We hope to come again soon. Thank you.

House very spacious, clean, well equipped and fantastic facilities. Polgooth Inn highly recommend for food (especially Sunday dinner). Location ideal for exploring the surrounding areas.

We have just got home from a most wonderful Family holiday as we booked all 3 cottages.

to accommodate the Family of 16, 4 generations Ranging from 81 years old to 7 months old. Plenty of space for the adults and children to play. The accommodation was spotless Well-maintained Garden for the children to roll about. Pool and hot tub were great for holiday fun as the children love to be in the pool. Which was nice and warm Somewhere to relax after a day out. Hosts, David & Julia were most welcoming and nice surprise of Scones Clotted cream & Jam (Cornish way of course) Milk, Eggs and Prosecco. We hope to return.

We had a lovely stay at Chapel Green over the weekend of 26th-29th September.

The couple who hosted us made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The scones with jam and clotted cream went down a treat! The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and games room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Facilities are amazing , pool & Jacuzzi was spotless and warm , games room was packed for a fun time , never had time for the gym but looked good. We loved our time at the house. Having a pool and games room worked really well for our family. A lovely surprise of scones, jam, cream and eggs provided by the owners. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The whole family has a fabulous time and we are already planning a return.

Chapel Green is a beautiful home with outstanding facilities.

The icing on the cake was the gorgeous indoor pool and jacuzzi, which all members of our families were able to enjoy, including young babies. We also loved the 2 separate kitchen/cooking areas, which made life a lot easier for everyone. Also, the separate bedroom areas spread over 2 floors gave added privacy and independence for everyone. Julia and David were perfect hosts, and we did love the home-made scones, eggs, milk and prosecco when we arrived. This is a perfect location for a large family wanting to explore the Cornish coastline. The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Fowey, Megavissey were a short distance away, and the local pub Polgooth Inn is highly recommended.

A lovely place, and the perfect acomodation, in our case, for 2 family’s to have the perfect base to explore some of what Cornwall has to offer!

We had a lovely stay.

It was well equipped with everything that we required. The pool was lovely, a little cool at times, the jacuzzi was very relaxing and the games room was very much enjoyed by the children. Plenty of space for us to all sit together or separately. The cot had plenty of spare bedding and the property had extras required for children or elderly. Handy location for supermarkets and places we wanted to visit.

Omg what can I say but

Very clean, everything you need there, kitchen was good, everything we needed, pool was great, games room good, kids enjoyed it here, hosts, Julia & David were very good, very pleasant, totally enjoyed our stay there, did not want to leave.

Chapel Green was the perfect house for a family weekend away, only wish I could have spent the whole week there.

Not only is the house a fantastic building with photos of how it developed from its original building to the stunning place it now is, but the facilities there make it a great place for a family to make great memories. The owner was very welcoming and the fresh scones on arrival was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this accomodation to families and hope to visit again soon.

We took our family and our foster children on this holiday we had a fantastic time owners was very helpful and the homemade scones were very nice on arrival.

I booked a short holiday here with all of our family.

We had lost our mum a few months before and decided we needed to make some new memories in the run up to Christmas. We were greeted by the owners who immediately made us feel welcome. They had provided a few provisions in the kitchen upon our arrival including beautiful home made mince pies and a tub of clotted cream

Where to begin!

We booked Chapel Green and the two apartments for a family birthday celebration. What an amazing place, facilities are first class, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is provided. The properties were decorated for Christmas and someone had worked very hard as they were beautiful. Definitely did not want to leave. It was lovely to meet Julie - thank you for a great weekend

Great location, just outside St Austell, in beautiful countryside. This property exceeded all our expectations, and as a mixed generational family group , that was no mean achievement! Owners were most welcoming and the property and facilities offered were amazing. From the pool, to the games room, to the house itself , everything was done to make this a truly memorable holiday. We will return!

We had a wonderful time during our long weekend at Chapel Green.

We were a party of nine ranging from 8 to 78 years old and we all enjoyed having the use of the indoor pool, hot tub and games room. We found that we used the conservatory as our main hub as we all fit snugly, the countryside setting is lovely (we enjoyed watching the sunrises) and it is right off of the kitchen. The location provides easy access to the area yet the property location is beautifully quiet. The mobile signal is not the strongest and the Wifi is a bit hit and miss too but as we were there for quality family time, this worked in our favour as the kids were happy to play games and go into the pool opposed to being on their phones- they also loved playing hide and seek due to all the space and hiding places. The hosts Julia and David are warm and welcoming and truly showed the positive differences between a home managed by the owners opposed to a management company... fantastic homemade scones too!

The hosts are such lovely people, going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

The house is lovely, clean and spacious. It is equipped with everything you could need. The pool, hot tub and games room were brilliant as we had terrible weather but it ensured there was still plenty to keep everyone entertained. Julia and David were lovely leaving us homemade scones and cream. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Very happy with our stay!

I would like to start by saying Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property for a 3 night stay.

The welcome was very friendly and helpful, giving us a guided tour and instructions on how things worked..There were scones, Prosecco and eggs which were very welcome. Our party consisted of 4 adults..ages ranging from 47 to 67 years. I would like to write this review from a person who has mobility problems .. eg: difficulty in walking. There was also a member of our group who had ‘allergy’ issues as well as other health problems. I have read through the information about the property again before I start this review as I do not wish to offend the advertiser. Upon arrival, we were faced with the steepest drive I have ever encountered… but, as the owner said ‘we would get used to it’.. which we did and we mastered the art of driving a vehicle up and down quite well. There was a manageable slope from the car park area to the front door… First impressions when walking into the property was Wow… such a warm homely feeling. I was so pleased there were down stairs bedrooms to choose from as I found the stairs difficult. May I suggest a second handrail on the stairs. There are 2 shallow steps from the front door through the hall to the bedrooms, stairs and toilet/shower area ( I used the stone walls to grab onto ) I started in the main bedroom but decided to move to the bedroom outside of the shower room for easier access during the night as it was a long walk and had to leave the corridor light on for visual access. The shower room also had a step ( May I suggest a grab rail for supported access). Kitchen area was brilliant, we all loved to 2 different areas.. and separated working/preparation areas. The kitchen was well stocked and we made full use of the facilities - Thankyou. Conservatory - this was our morning Gathering area to plan our day ahead. We used the dining area for main meals but We found the dining chairs very difficult to sit on for long periods of time ( sorry) Upstairs: the lounge was large, spacious and extremely comfortable but not all members of our group could use it. NB: there are raised flooring at the entrance to the rooms which were tripping hazards to our mobile group members. Bedroom with 4 poster bed was used.. family members were very pleased with it especialy the walk in shower. Swimming pool: I booked this property because of the ‘private’ pool and jacuzzi but did not realise that we had to share with 2 other properties. Again, speaking from a physically disabled point of view.. I found the pool very challenging to access ( in and out) and needed assistance with both. I would like to apologise for sounding so negative about my experience, because.. although it was challenging for me, it may not be for others.. but I believe this information is important to know when booking properties. However… as a family unit, we would like to thank the owners for such a lovely ‘stop off’ before travelling to our next destination.. We are home now after covering almost 1000 miles around England .. we have been on a ‘mission’ and fulfilled our quest.

Polgooth Green is a wonderful Cottage.

It has everything we wished for in a holiday house. We have stayed in many holiday houses over the years. This one surpasses them all. We loved the beautiful decor throughout and the little extras on arrival. We had such a friendly welcome that we immediately felt at home. We plan to return at some point in the not too distant future. Thanks again for making our stay so comfortable.

It provided us with everything we needed. The little extras in the kitchen, like the foil, dishwasher tablets, milk were much appreciated. Julia you are a born hostess, you made us feel so welcome, the children loved you too. Your grandchildren are so kind and the girls loved playing with them on Friday. Thank you so much!x

We had a fabulous holiday.

The house was as good as we hoped. Perfect position for things to do. Loads of little extras, including homemade scones and prosecco on arrival. Had a wonderful 60th birthday treat. Made to feel very welcome. Would definitely love to come back.

Children spent a lot of time playing hide and seek. The separate games room was great and the pool & Jacuzzi were amazing and used daily! I went with my family for my birthday there was 11 of us and a dog.

We ranged from 70 to 2 years old and had teenagers in our group. We had an amazing time, there was something for all of us, the indoor swimming pool and hot tub was a bonus including the activities room. The house was big enough for all of us to either sit together or find a quiet spot if needs be. It was also wonderful to be able to sit out on the roof balcony at night. Julia was lovely, both friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. This holiday really made my birthday special. Thank you.

We had a great week and were so sad to come home!

The owners were so lovely and very pleasant every time we saw them - defo very welcoming and we'd love to return back at some point. House was also lovely and had everything we needed - well equipped and lots of space if you are a big family. Garden was lovely and well kept - owners keep on top of everything which is good. Pool and hot tub were our kids favourite thing of all and really made their holiday - I don't think there was a day they didn't get in. Area is also lovely and so scenic - super relaxing! Local town isn't too far - which has Asda and lots of shops if you need anything. Would recommend the Polgooth Inn for a dog friendly place to eat. Nice atmosphere and good food. Overall we had a fab time!

This beautiful home from home has everything you need to have a fantastic break.

Both David and Julia were exceptional hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The facilities were excellent and were all used especially the hot tub and the swimming pool. The location is excellent for exploring both north and south coasts of Cornwall. The homemade scones and clotted cream on arrival was a lovely welcome. Thank you David and Julia from all the family.

owners,,,, Mr and Mrs Everly perfect hosts , from key collection to depature, on site but not intrusive , lovely welcome pack 2, location ,,,, lovely little village Polgooth with a shop and great pub within walking distance , St Austell 5/10 mins in the car Asda, Tesco etc for supplies, main road 2 mins for sight seeing , St Austell brewery well worth a visit and Tarquin gin tour in Padstow worth a trip 3, The cottage ,,,, FABULOUS,,, firstly the setting is beautiful with lots of lovely views and well kept gardens (we had small deer pass the windows in the mornin gs) lots of outdoor space , second the cottage, we had a large party age range from 67 to 3 a propper family group , plenty of room for everyone ,nice having a large L shaped lounge so plenty of room for the kids to play while in eyesight , it was the BEST equipped kitchen I have been in , just like home from home, the indoor pool , hot tub and games room were very well used ( we had terrible weather) the children didnt want to go home . I can honestly say this is the best cootage we have been and we will be back

We had a lovely stay at Chapel Green.

Would go back again. The children enjoyed the pool and garden so much they were reluctant to go out during the day. The garden directly outside the house was great for our old blind dog as it was big enough for her to explore and not wander too far away. The accommodation is spacious with two large double rooms on the lower floors with a shower room. There are a few steps on the lower floor. We found the double kitchen helpful when getting food ready as we had space. The weather was terrible while we were there but having the pool, games room and gym was enough for the children to enjoy and the conservatory was great for us adults to look out at the terrible weather and have a drink and chat. The hosts were lovely and helpful, around if you needed them. The location is great as a base to visit other places like Newquay, local beaches, Eden project and many other places.

Wow what a lovely home, I can’t recommend here enough.

We were welcomed by the lovely owners and they showed us all around the property and how to use everything, from the oven to the pool. Nothing was too much trouble. They even provided milk, eggs and wine. The children were in awe and spent hours in the pool and games room. They have asked to come again next week. Highly recommended and will 100% be coming back again

We had a wonderful family celebration at Chapel Green holiday home from the moment we arrived to a lovely welcome to the time we sadly left.

The house was warm, clean and had everything you need and loads more! The house is steeped in history and the rooms are all just lovely and all are huge. We enjoyed family meals in the dining room and enjoyed time in the pool, the jacuzzi and the games room with a three in one pool, air, hockey and table tennis table and darts. The boys spent a little time lifting weights, rowing and skiing in the gym too. Chapel Green is perfectly positioned to visit both sides of the Cornish peninsula so we went to the beautiful Port Isaac and along that coast and closer to Mevagissey, Polperro, Fowey, Charlestown and Pentewen. Can only say a huge thank you to our lovely hosts and we’d love to go back

Have stayed here 3 times now and have thoroughly enjoyed it every time a beautiful house in a lovely location.

The owners are lovely people we have only really seen them on arrival and departure but they are always around if you have any problems which we have never had. Can honestly say we have no negative feed back what so ever. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

This holiday let is one of our best finds to date.

There is absolutely nothing bad we can say about it. The owners are lovely and friendly. They are there if you need them but are in no way intrusive and let you enjoy the property. The property itself is huge. Its lovely and warm and everything you need is provided. The owners provide a generous welcome pack which is a lovely touch. The swimming pool is a good size and well maintained as is the hot tub. The game room is also a great facility. We didn’t use the gym but its also got what you need. The gardens are huge and great for children and dogs. We can’t thank the owners Dave and Julie enough for such a lovely stay and we hope to return some time in the not to distant future.

The owners were so helpful and friendly. The welcome bundle was a lovely surprise. It was lovely to be able to take the dogs on holiday with us. We loved the property , amazing location to visit Cornwall.

The house was very big and comfortable for 10 people. We were met early and fortunately managed to get early access after our long journey , we were given a tour , everything explained and some great local knowledge to help us out. The property has some amazing facilities inc a fabulous pool with hot tub and games room. Everything was spotless , the hosts worked tirelessly to provide us with a memorable holiday. What a fabulous week.

We stayed for a family holiday, consisting of 5 adults, 3 teenagers & 2 small dogs. First of all what great hosts the owners are.. very helpful & always on hand if you need anything. The house is very spacious & covers everything you would ever need. Having the swimming pool & games room was just fantastic especially for those rainy days/evenings.. this kept 3 teenagers amused for many hours! So Thankyou

Our stay at Chapel Green was fabulous!

The whole place is brilliant, from the incredibly spacious accommodation, great living room with terrace, fab conservatory, amazing gym and games room and not forgetting the incredible pool and hot tub. I went with my husband, two children, four friends and our small woofer, all adults and we all found so much to do! We never felt like we were on top of each other, if you wanted some quiet time you could easily find it and the garden and the outside countryside just brought more into the equation. Being a short drive from St Austell, Truro, Charlestown and Polperro was great and both Asda, Tesco & Co-op deliver to the house. The Polgooth Inn is within walking distance and does amazing Sunday lunches and evening meals. All in all a truly fantastic week was had despite the British inclement weather, we will definitely be back! 10/10!!

Fantastic house, great pool and hot tub which was a godsend when it was raining.

We were a family of 10 including 4 children under 7 but due to the size of the house we never felt cramped. The location was very peaceful with a 10 minute walk to the local pub which served good food and only 5 miles from a number of lovely beaches. The hosts were lovely, friendly and always there to help and advise. Overall we had no complaints and wished we could have stayed longer

We had the most amazing family holiday at this property.

It easily catered for all our needs including when then weather was wet and windy! It has generous proportions which enabled the family to all spend time together and provided opportunities to play in the games room, swim, watch a film or simply curl up in a corner and read a book. It is situated in an area which has easy access to lovely walks, the Lost gardens of Heligan and the Eden project to name just a few. The property itself was very clean, well looked after and comfortable. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and were very generous leaving essential provisions and even Easter eggs for the children. We would love to return for another holiday and whole heartedly recommend Chapel Green as a great place to stay.

Fabulous house with excellent amenities, the owners were extremely friendly and welcoming.

We have stayed in many holiday homes and this house was by far the best equipped with many little extras provided to ensure an excellent stay. The swimming pool and games room were excellent and immaculate. We did not use the gym, but again it was excellent. Overall, would very highly recommend and will definitely return.

Perfect cottage in a quiet location where 9 of our family gathered as part of a larger family reunion.

So much space everyone could have their own quiet time when they wished. The younger members enjoyed the pool and the gym equipment whilst us older ones relaxed in the sun room or the spacious lounge. The owners were around but not intrusive as they continue to improve the surroundings. The local pub was excellent with friendly staff and good food for all tastes. An ideal location to relax and recharge.

The hosts were incredibly hospitable, couldn't do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The entire property was immaculate, there was so much space within the house and grounds. Very expensive for what it was.

The adjacent properties looked so much nicer and more modern. The kitchen where we stayed needed uplifting. The cushions on all the seating had sagged. The rest of the families bedrooms were nice and airy as was the other double downstairs but far too low for my wife and myself to use, so we had the twin bed room which was not so pleasant to relax in. The small shower room, well let’s say we’ve been in better. The weather was great though.

We had a lovely stay for my mothers 60th birthday.

The owners were very helpful and the house met our expectations and some. Well equipped kitchen and equipped for our babies/toddlers. We had a power cut for several hours on the first evening and terrible weather but we still had a lovely time, thanks again

The owners where realy lovely.

They greeted us and showed us around. Which was very helpful. house and pool very clean. We didn't realize the livingroom was upstairs. Which would of been helpful to know. As we had two young children with us. We would of brought a stair gate with us. They had a stair gate was faulty .

The cottage was wonderful, a perfect family Christmas getaway.

Despite being ill, we had the most wonderful stay.

The property is beautiful, we left with home envy and Elvis certainly didn’t want to leave. Your hospitality is second to none and I will be recommending Chapel Green to anyone looking for a stay in Cornwall.

It was a lovely setting and the owners were most helpful and friendly.

We all enjoyed the house and there was enough room for 6 adults 2 kids and a toddler. Plus 2 dogs. It was great to have a kitchen and a utility area it was most useful. Lots of kitchen ware to use. Could not fault it. The indoor swimming pool was good for both adults and children. In a lovely part of Cornwall and the village pub was excellent.

Fantastic property everything that is shown in the pictures are what you get.

It is so homely, clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren had so much fun in the pool. It is an ideal property for a large family get together. The surrounding area has so much to do and the local pub is the best. Hopefully will be returning as I cried when I left. Perfect holiday. Thank you

I loved every single day of it

It was a beautiful house in such a great location.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need, even some dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was warm and clean. The owner loves next door and is lovely and friendly. Between us we had 5 children (ages 1-9) in our group who were well entertained with the garden toys and facilities. We had the best stay and is close to some lovely attractions in Cornwall.

Property is great, every room was spotless, with all the lovely touches of additional bath oils, coffee, Prosecco, tea, sugar and chocolate and I’m sure there was much more!

The swimming pool was an added bonus and with the awful weather we spent most mornings in the pool The owners are both lovely and very patient with our barky mini schnauzer! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and ample parking. Definitely recommend!

We stayed as a family of 5 and with our two border collies at the opening up of this lovely Accomodation after lockdown.

We were impressed that the swimming pool was operational, that chocolates for my wife’s birthday and a bottle of bubbly with eggs, milk, sugar were left for us to use which was a nice and an unexpected surprise. There are plenty of facilities including an Arga which was always helping us feel warm. The weather in the area after 9pm was cold but warm inside with both the central heating and lovely fire place in the main living room keeping us warm. We played board games every evening after eating out all so enjoyable and watching Sky Sports. We only needed to use 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Good location, within easy reach of beaches, many great towns, villages and shops. The owners should feel proud of this property, the facilities and the quality of this wonderful place. We have just had a wonderful week stayat Chapel Green Cottage, we were all amazed when we got there.

There was everything we needed.Julia and Dave are lovely and were there if we needed them.After sightseeing everyday it was a pleasure to come back to the house and relax, the pool was a bonus and the sun terrace in the evenings relaxing.We are now booked up for next year and can’t wait to return.A Taste of India takeaway was delicious.

Lovely property and owners were so kind and helpful, children loved the pool, house had everything you needed, peaceful and amazing views over countryside.

Ideal position to explore Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for the larger family. Polgooth inn just down the road where food was great. Couldn’t fault anything about this ideal place for an amazing holiday.

Beautifully stunning house.

Will most definitely go back real soon. We all had a really lovely break. The views from the house were amazing. The pool was fantastic. The people that own the property were so lovely and helpful. Lovely touch with all the beautiful Christmas decorations and lights. Thank you it was a delight.

The holiday was great, the owners were around in case you needed anything but at a distance and gave us privacy.

There was everything you needed in the house and more. although it was wheelchair friendly there was areas that you couldn't manage

We were a family of 10, Seven adults Three teenages. I have been holidaying in the UK for over 20 years and this is the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in nice gardens, lots of space in the house and a small gym. If you chose to stay at Chaple Green you will not be sorry.

The house was completely welcoming we felt like we were at home. Indoor pool was amazing. We were in a group of 4 adults and 4 children yet we weren’t under each other’s feet. we have had an amazing holiday at chapel green.

The photos really don't do this house justice. it is beautiful, spacious and very clean. we were a family of 8 for new year and really enjoyed ourselves. The owners are really friendly and welcoming and we will be booking to return soon !

Christmas at Chpel Green!

Our family of 10 including Chester the Dalmatian had the best Christmas ever, this beautiful home is extremely well looked after and caters for your every need. The house was very tastefully decorated for Christmas and we also had a nice welcome tray filled with goodies to enjoy during our stay- a very nice touch! Plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing but also great communal spaces for family time! The pool is first class and we used it every day! Julia and David are so friendly and obliging, nothing is too much trouble and although they are on site, your holiday is your own. I would highly recommend this lovely home for a holiday anytime of the year! We all loved it!

Chapel Green is a beautiful house equipped with every thing you need to make it feel like home from home!

Even Christmas decorations were awaiting us! Our family are aged 4-60 and everyone really enjoyed what was on offer....indoor pool was a great bonus on a wet morning! The gym equipment brought fun and challenges! The milk, eggs, sweets and wine on arrival were appreciated and Dave & Julia the owners were warm and welcoming. Hope to visit again soon.

We have badged this as our best UK family holiday so far.

Chapel Green is an amazing property with fabulous facilities. Our 4 children loved loved loved the pool and spent time in it everyday. The living areas are comfortable and as you have the choice of two, those of you who want to watch tv of chill, can do away from the hustle downstairs. The owners are on site and so friendly and accommodating. You can see they take great pride in their home and have the most impressive plants and shrubs. We alternate with UK and abroad so will defiantly consider Chapel Green for 2020.

We had the most wonderful holiday, the house was beautiful and a fabulous size and so central to The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan & Charlestown to name but a few.

The addition of an indoor pool was a massive bonus for all the family especially our 4 year old twins. We couldn’t thank the owners David and Julia enough, they were fabulous hosts.

Everything was as good or better than expected.

The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating and very nice people The local village shop and pub were delightful, Highly recommend both cottage and venue.

Location was excellent for The lost Gardens, Eden project, Mevagissey and easy to get across to Newquay.

The village has a great pub. The Hosts Julie and Dave were so friendly. They must have spent a great deal of time doing the christmas decorations. The house is roomy with high ceilings giving great atmosphere. The lounge is on the first floor but the conservatory on the ground floor is a great place for reading and just looking out onto the garden.

Everything about the cottage and location was just right!

We were all, 8 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs, very happy with it! There was plenty to do and see withing a short distance from.the cottage, Eden Project, Charlestown, Looe, Penzance and even Lands End! Nice to have the cottage to come back to as a base. Whole family stayed in each night taking it in turns to cook which was very enjoyable!

There was a slight problem with the shower head in the main bathroom but nothing major and we have made the owners aware. Overall a wonderful property, we would highly recommend it and definitely return.
