“The property was good, all the plates and cutlery was of a high standard.”
The oven wasn’t very clean and needed a good clean, apart from that it was clean. The major disappointment was there was no instruction pack. I had to work out how to switch on the hot water, how to operate the cooker etc. At the end of the stay we weren’t sure what to do with the bedding.
Hi Geoff
Please accept my apologies - it seems the welcome pack had not been left out for you on this occasion.
I will also ensure the hot water is on for all guests.
Our housekeeper sorts all towels and linen.
