Arriving at the park, you can take in the tidy grounds where mature trees, tended lawns and a calm lake shape a welcoming setting before following the short path to the wraparound decking.

Stepping inside leads you into an open‑plan living space filled with natural light, where the seating area encourages relaxed downtime with a generous TV and DVD player, while the sofa offers the option of converting into an extra bed.

The fully fitted kitchen sits nearby, and opening the cupboards helps you settle in as you unpack your own supplies, with a gas oven and hob supporting easy mealtimes around the dining table.

Along the hallway, the double bedroom provides a restful place to unpack with a television positioned for comfortable viewing, while the twin room suits children or friends, and the nearby shower room with walk‑in shower is ideal after days on the beach.

Stepping back out onto the decking gives you a pleasant space for a drink or a moment outdoors, and the wider park offers plenty to enjoy, from the heated pool and leisure centre seating to the tennis courts, five‑a‑side pitch, putting green and children’s play area, along with a beachfront bar and restaurant hosting seasonal events.

A wander through the grounds brings you to the lake, home to a variety of birds and surrounded by well‑kept planting, while just beyond the gates the small town of Par provides pubs, cafés, bakeries, takeaways and convenience stores including a Co‑op and Spar.

Further afield, Fowey offers scenic harbour views, narrow lanes and waterside dining, Charlestown presents tall ships and atmospheric quayside walks, and St Austell is ideal for browsing pottery heritage and enjoying relaxed eateries.
