Beachcomber is a splendid two-bedroom, clifftop apartment with stunning sea views over Porthcurno and Pedn Vounder surrounding the property and just a short stroll to the beautiful beach.
All-ground-floor and sleeping up to four guests, Beachcomber is a fantastic apartment, ideal for a small family or couples retreat to enjoy the sea-air and relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Wander through the communal entrance and continue to the apartment where you will be welcomed by the one-of-a-kind coastal décor and artwork.
The open-plan lounge is really something special, with a scenic outlook over the sands and clear waters which you can admire from the comfort of the leather sofas.
One side is home to a seating area, elevated by an electric fire, and the other hosts an immaculately finished kitchen/diner with prestige features.
Many peaceful mornings and evenings will be spent relaxing and taking in the sense of tranquillity that is here to accompany your downtime.
For a restful night's sleep, two bedrooms are accessorised with homely seaside touches and a neutral overtone for a peaceful end to an afternoon.
The double room benefits from a lovely en-suite bathroom, whilst the twin boasts a classic shower room.
Wander down to the village and enjoy the local delights of the sandy beach, café, restaurant, and abundance of cliff-top and coastal walks.
Pack up a picnic, towels and buckets and spades for a fun-filled family day out to the award-winning Porthcurno Beach, where you can beach-combe the shores and let the children play in the stream that flows down one side of the beach.
Just above the beach, on the cliffs, is the famous open-air Minack Theatre which boasts 750 seats and treats visitors to a tour whilst providing expansive views over Porthcurno spanning to The Lizard.
Just a short distance away is Sennen Cove, a favourite for surfing and bodyboarding.
Land’s End which offers something for everyone, including storm-watching over Longships Lighthouse, indulging in a sweet treat at the Land’s End Doughnut Company, incomparable views from the First and Last Point, sharing a bottle of wine over a delicious meal at The Land’s End Restaurant.

It's a lovely flat, lovely views and had what we needed, more or less.
It was convenient for the beaches and nice walks all around. Great parking. However, severe drainage problem causing terrible smells in the bathrooms. Not pleasant at all when you walk in or trying to sleep in the bedrooms attached!! With daily use of the showers it did help but soon the smells were back every day. It was August when we stayed so VERY busy and constant foot and car traffic passing (and often beeping horns) outside on the bend all day and night, on the way to visiting Minack Theatre. Beds were uncomfortable and too firm. One sofa was OK but again the other one was hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen bin was full of the previous people's waste when we arrived and the kitchen was dirty. I spent the first hour cleaning the kitchen, tables and toilets when we arrived. Also, a small thing but important, for a family of 4 or if you had guests, you would definitely need bigger pots and pans to cook with. Plenty of small and medium ones, but one or two large ones would've been great. I cooked every night so this was important for us. We had a real mixed experience here and it has the potential to be really amazing, if the negatives could be sorted. We actually left the day before our check out day, due to the above negatives (predominantly the horrendous smells and uncomfortable beds) but to also try and miss all the August traffic.
We found the cutlery and some cooking utensils not washed properly- bits of food left on them.
Of course this isn’t the fault of the landlord entirely. Other areas were ok. The double bed is uncomfortable and the frame is too big for the room.
Such an ideal situation for enjoying this beautiful part of Cornwall and for visiting the Minak Theatre.
Really hope to return next year. Thank you!
