Another issue was the car park over the busy road was adaquate we parked close to the property to unload and were told by local people that we could not as it was a private road even to carry our cases in for a few minutes. The flush on the toilet packed up halfway through the week .we phoned the caretaker and he came out and said it couldnt be repaired until saturday as it happened we had another toilet We had another issue with the hot water went down on friday evening so we had to leave them a note .I wonder when the electrics were tested last as usually all applances should have a test certificate Mr& Mrs Cooper

The owners regret that the label had come of the key safe and have arranged to have it replaced. The plumbing issues were quickly sorted and they apologize for any inconvenience. It is perfectly acceptable for guests to unload outside the property as long as they don't block the road. We can confirm that all appliances are PAT tested and the relevant electrical certificates are current. Owner relations
