Cottage Summary
Cormorant is one of the three Seaspray cottages located on the end of the beautiful West Pentire headland.
This four bedroom cottage is perfect for a family get away, and, the added bonus of it being a bungalow means that guests with less mobility or small children can get around easily.
The contemporary styled open plan sitting and dining area gives access to the conservatory, allowing full enjoyment of the breathtaking views over Goose Rock to the Newquay coast.
The Seaspray cottages are a five minute walk from Crantock beach and enjoy the bonus of being just a short walk to Polly Joke beach, making it a family or surfers haven.
A few minutes walk away guests can find The Bowgie Inn and C-Bay - a stylish Bistro serving great food and of course, there is the view!
Crantock village is only five minute drive, or 20 minute walk away, where there are two more pubs, a Londis grocery store (selling freshly baked bread and pasties), a Post Office and other village attractions.

"Cormorant is our perfect family holiday home.
It is comfortable, spacious and practical, only minutes from Polly Joke and Crantock beach - no need to use the car all week!
But of course the most special thing about Cormorant is the spectacular views of Crantock Bay, Goose Rock and to beyond to Trevose Head.
When our parents visit they just love to sit and watch the sea.
In the winter we love to walk the coastal path and return to the warmth of our lovely log burner.

Once inside Cormorant, the property is on one level with a step up to bedroom 4 and the second shower room.

Hot Tub
Overlooking Crantock Bay, in the rear garden, there is a Jacuzzi J-245 hot tub that seats 6-7 people for the exclusive use of the guests at Cormorant.
In addition, there is a hot shower available outside for when you return from the beach or before you use the hot tub.
The hot tub should be available for most weeks in the year.
In the event of it not being available, this will be shown at time of booking.
Where use of the hot tub is requested, there is an additional charge payable and this is shown as an option at the time of booking.
