    “Property was outstanding.”

    Ideal for family's and couples. Excellent facilities. Good location for exploring New Quay etc. with Crantock beach and walks a few minutes away. Lovely views of the sea and a lovely village with two pubs 3 minutes walk away. The Cornishman and The Old Albion. Food in both but The Old Albion outstanding. Pizza place and cafe. Local shop and post office. The only drawback as stated is that if you have a standard car the access road to house is not suitable. It needs levelling out as grass verge ...

You will be welcomed by an open plan layout that presents luxury and style within a homely setting.

The sitting area, spacious and bright, is the perfect spot to reflect upon your day while embracing some sea views.

The large kitchen is finished in a contemporary style with cream units and high-end appliances.

Feel like you are dining out within your own home as the lovely dining area offers scenic views from the broad glass doors.

This property boasts four beautifully presented and spacious bedrooms, three of which have unrivalled sea views.

Accompanying the bedrooms there is a large family bathroom on the ground floor as well as a wet room with a shower area and a separate laundry/utility room.

Outside the property is a garden area that includes two slate terraces and lawn the surrounds the house.

There is also a hot shower outside the property to rinse off the salty beach water.

About the location

CRANTOCK

Newquay 4.5 miles.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, just a short walk from the beach, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
