Have stopped there 4 times now.

Everything is spot on and brilliant location in Crantock village.

The house was clean and tidy and well placed for walks to the beach.

Plenty of room for 5 adults and two dogs. On the downside, we found the kitchen poorly equipped for cooking and serving groups of 5. It could really do with larger pans and more serving bowls. The internet also didn’t work so no TV. We were surprised that the house is next to a very busy and often loud pub. The Sunday Session of outside live music led to large crowds outside the house with some becoming extremely intoxicated. As the pub is so busy, and next to another, don’t expect a quiet morning. Wagons start arriving from 8 and reverse down the lane with constant peeping followed by the noise of barrels being moved about.

Lovely cottage in the middle of Crantock.

The cottage was furnished and maintained to a high standard, had a really lovely break here will definitely be back.

Tresawle is a very attractive cottage in the heart of Crantock village and is beautiful inside with everything you could think of catered for, we loved our stay there with a secure garden for our 2 dogs, no dogs allowed upstairs but plenty of room downstairs for them, it was very quiet and peaceful as it was December and right next to one of the pubs in the village, the other one being opposite, but we saw that as a bonus.

Great showers and bath with constant hot water and would highly recommend this beautiful cottage, that we thought was like a home from home for couples, families and friends to stay in.

A fantastic place in the best location.

We’ve always loved Crantock but this cottage has made us want to return even more. Beautiful property with everything you need for a relaxing week away. We will be returning!

Lovely house and excellent accommodation for 6 people.

Our 2nd time at Tresawle and would book again. 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Village shop/post office and good bus service in/out of the village. Comfy beds, plenty of space, and kitchen is well stocked - we prefer to cook in the evenings and there was everything we needed. Garden is perfect for our small dog as even she cannot escape, and a great place to sit out. The house is right next door to the lovely Old Albion pub (great pub grub and beer, good for family meals out) which often has live music on in their garden, finishing at 11pm some weekends. Fine for us but not everyone’s cup of tea.

Spacious property and well equipped except no can opener!

Windows very grubby and a few cobwebs knocking about. Bedroom carpets full of stains. Pub next door and across the road noisy and while we knew this, we wasn’t expecting the beer garden to be directly underneath the side window in the main bedroom and people sitting out until the early hours! Garden needs tidying and the garden furniture cushions had been left out in the rain. There was also a dog bed and trainers left outside too! Crantock is lovely and beach and walks around it fab, just won’t be staying at this property again, disappointing.

Lovely house, well located within the village.

Very well decorated and equipped for family use. Owner was very responsive to a couple of queries. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage well equipped and clean a very nice welcome pack and some nice touches throughout the property in a lovley location this is our second stay and I am sure we will be back again.

This was our second stay at Tresawle, loved all the refurbs.

Much better that the garden is now dog safe! Hopefully we’ll be back to stay again.

Lovely property, very very close to the pub, Great house, clean and tidy.

Only thing missing was the log burner starter pack. Would definitely highly recommend

A lovely cottage in the heart of a lovely village

Beautiful cottage, in a beautiful village, parking for 3 cars which is a god send in crantock, the house has been maintained to a very high standard, was spotless on arrival, communication with the property manager excellent.

The garden is fabulous a Beautiful very private sun trap with lovely garden furniture. The house has all the pots, pans and crockery necessary for a self catering holiday, I will definitely return, despite being right next door to two pubs there was no noise and both were closed by 10.30-11pm even on a bank holiday weekend, the house is set back from the road so feels very private. Lots of information to assist with local tourist attractions and restaurants

Although a few minor problems the property far outlays them.

We loved Tresawle,it was a pleasure to stay in,so we'll equipped and cosy,loved the kitchen,so spacious.

Had a fabulous stay at Tresawle - beautiful cottage one of the best we’ve stayed in down in Crantock.

The kitchen had every piece of equipment we could have possibly wanted, lovely secure garden for our pooches - we certainly made full use of garden & bbq. Management team were a delight to contact for any questions. Cottage has clearly had a makeover and I can’t compliment it enough, it’s beautiful. All in all a great place to stay so much so have booked for 2 weeks next year and hopefully will be spending many more holidays at Tresawle in the future

Small issues with wash machine were sorted out very quickly and efficiently…thanks to Helen and the owner It really is a lovely property in the most gorgeous villages .

We had a very enjoyable few days at Tresawle.

The property was clean and well presented. The kitchen was well equipped and the cottage was comfortable, well furnished and thought out. We felt at home straight away. There are two pubs and a cafe/pizza restaurant right on your doorstep, which was great for evening meals. The location is wonderful, with coastal paths and a lovely sandy beach all withing easy reach.

Lovley cottage clean and comfortable had everything we needed for our holiday great pub next door beech five minutes walk away will definitely be re booking the owner has a wonderful cottage with high quality fixtures and fittings thank you for a wonderful week.

This was our 4th visit to Tresawle and once again we found everything that we needed for a wonderful stay in Crantock.

The location, equipment and cleanliness are amazing. Already looking for dates for our next visit.

& kindly offering early access. Probably the best cottage we have ever stayed at. Very comfortable, clean ,well equipped & warm. Excellent secure garden for the dogs. Great to be able to walk down to the amazing beach. Lots of good takeaways 10 minutes away in Newquay & pizza on the doorstep with 2 good pubs almost next door. We had a great holiday & would highly recommend the property.

The cottage is lovely but needs some TLC the fridge.

freezes up at back quite badly needs repairing or replacement.Radiators rusty.staircase handrail needs painting.bad leak from guttering.But everything you need is there and none of the above takes away how nice the cottage is.Biggest dissapointment extremely loud music from the Albion right next door and the cornishmen right over the road and that on a few occasions(did we chose the wrong week)

A lovely home to stay in.

Perfect location for beach, which we loved despite weather. Kids enjoyed surf lessons at Crantock. You may need to book local pub restaurants in advance - very busy. Not too far in car for exploring other dog friendly beaches too. Well equipped kitchen - just needs a better bottle opener. Friendly, quick and helpful agent when we called with query.Would definitely stay again.

Home from home and in a great location.

We have had a lovely week again in Tresawle, however there were a couple of issues we would like to bring to your attention which was the fridge in the kitchen.

The back of the fridge was heavily frosted (and looked like it had been like this for some time) and placing food on this shelf had resulted in frozen food which should only have been chilled. We had to throw away multiple items of food due to this issue. There was also multiple make up stains on the wall of the second bedroom which looked a little off-putting.

This was our third visit to Tresawle, and everything was just as we expected.

The addition of two newly refurbished bathrooms was fabulous. Couldn’t ask for more in any way, and we will be back.

Comprehensively equipped, couldn't ask for more. Warm and comfortable despite being an unusually cold week. Perfect base for our planned activities. Would definitely book again and recommend. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Over all a very good holiday cottage.

Very clean and tidy and did exactly what we wanted. Only Feedback is it needs a mat inside back door to avoid walking the rain in.

It was a good to see that the garden was now more secure, no chance of the dogs getting out, vast improvement.

The toilet in the en suite once flushed took forever to refill, so couldn't use during the night. The bed linen was looking a bit tired. The house could do with a lick of paint, tired in places. Overall a restful and enjoyable weeks holiday, and we look forward going again soon

Second stay here and loved everything about the cottage.

Only slight niggle was the small kettle, had to boil twice with 5 adults requiring hot drinks at the same time. That said we have just booked again for March 23. Just perfect in every way

We just a lovely week at Tresawle - in the heatwave!

The house was great. Well equipped for our family of 5. Not sure if there were games/cards there as we didn’t find them but we spent most of the time out anyway. The owner recommended some lovely places to eat and we enjoyed both breakfasts and dinners at the Albion, Jam Jar cafe, C Bay cafe and Cornishman. Great local shop that stocks most thi n a you’d need. We even bought some paintings there from a local artist. The beach itself is amazing. We paddle boarded and surfed. Big Green Surf school were lovely and we hired there every day. Coast paths and neighbouring bays are stunning. We parked the car on the drive on arrival and didn’t get back in it until we left - perfect!!! The only criticism is the garden isn’t secure for dogs. Open access to the neighbouring farm/allotments and possibly pub beer garden (we didn’t check). Our dog explores everywhere, but luckily doesn’t disappear, so always constantly off in the neighbouring land. If I went out I couldn’t leave her in the garden as she would have escaped to follow me (even with the rest of the family in the house). Also, lots of lilies growing in the garden. They’re poisonous to dogs and she ate some of the berries/seeds the first evening - luckily not too much. All in all though a wonderful week. House is great and in a fantastic location. We’d love to return.

Tresawle holiday cottage is well equipped, with everything you need, and very comfortable.

We felt at home straight away. The mattresses/beds are good quality and we slept well. The location is fantastic and a short walk to the beach with a shop, takeaway/cafe and two pubs within throwing distance! Crantock village is very pretty and the beach beside the Gannel is perfect for children (especially beginners watersports) and dogs. The village/area is super dog friendly. There are plenty of walking opportunities without the need to use the car. The garden is a lovely little suntrap (although adventurous dogs could escape into next door). It was such a bonus to find a downstairs WC/Cloakroom facilities that are not mentioned in the details. We would not hesitate to return and can highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

We had a great week in this house!

Plenty big enough, we were 4 adults, 1 baby and 2 Labradors. Gated rear garden perfect for the dogs. All amenities in the house that you require! Perfect location in Crantock, within walking distance of the beach, local village shop and pubs. It is a great location to explore the whole of Cornwall - around a 20/30 minute walk to the Bowgie Inn, highly recommend, a great place to eat and views across crantock beach!

This is a lovely house in a wonderful location.

Immaculately clean and we had a great week hardly used the car as local shop is brilliant. Couple of things - the outside tap needs re fixing to the wall - still works fine so not a problem but large nail sticking out a problem for any children. Making the back garden more secure for dogs would be good and relatively easy as it’s just a small bit that would need doing. But just a suggestion - we managed by blocking the steps! Had a great time and loved Crantock and especially poly joke beach.

The house itself was very comfortable and well furnished. Crantock village seemed very friendly with a great pub and local shop, but it was the local beaches that completely exceeded our expectations, absolutely beautiful
