“We have just returned from our stay at Garras and the property itself was great in size for the 6 adults in the booking and was lovely and clean, however the the position of the property is more suited to families with children and we wish we had known this as there is a grass area directly in front of the property where teenagers play football into the evening constantly bouncing the balls off of the windows and outside tables which became unusable .”

There were also no fans in the property and the upstairs bedrooms were very warm and you cannot open the doors at night to let in air as the blinds are attached to them so no privacy as no curtains. Our other problem was parking we were 2 days without as others had parked in our allocated spaces. Our other problem was parking we were 2 days without as others had parked in our allocated spaces. I appreciate this is not the home owners fault but it spoilt our stay having to park down in town and walk up hill. It is a shame our stay was not the peaceful break we expected and have had at other places in Porthtowan. Perhaps some sort of decking railing may stop some of the footballs.
