This place is just amazing!

On arrival your hit with a beautiful smell and cleanliness throughout. The whole apartment was stunning. Waking up to sea views every morning, sitting on the balcony hearing the waves crashes just felt so relaxing. We visited for my friend’s birthday as this was one of her favourite places to stay and the owner had done a little something special for her. I had never been before but I’m so grateful she told me about this place. I will definitely be coming back.

Perfect location with walking distance from Porth Beach.

Fabulous view of the bay from the balcony. Modern, clean facilities. Everything provided to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Useful to have allocated parking space. Would highly recommend.

The accommodation is immaculate and very comfortable.

It is very well located just a short walk to the beach. The parking is convenient, but the space quite narrow and I chose not to use it. My own preference. Overall loved our stay and would book again.

What a wonderful place to stay!

It is the perfect holiday home. This is the third time we have stayed her now and I am sure we will be back for more.

It's a beautiful modern upside down accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. The garden was a real bonus. This place had everything and more.

This is a fantastic and spacious property - thoughtfully and beautifully presented, with very comfortable beds and sofa, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.

We also really appreciated all the little extras like liquid soap, Fairy Liquid, tissues, toilet paper, cling film, foil, etc. The property has wonderful views from the upstairs balcony to enjoy the sunsets, and is only a short walk to the great beach, the local pub and pizza restaurant. Locally, there is a handy petrol station and Co-op which has all the essentials, and a short drive away is Newquay and the National Trust property Trerice. We had a fantastic time at Ebbtide and would highly recommend.

We stayed at 11 Ebbtide for a week and I must say it was the best place we have ever stayed.

The place was immaculate and very spacious. It was very clean, tidy and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The view was stunning and you are so close to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. ☺️

Excellent the communication was perfect from Jackie, the pictures don’t actually do the place justice as the fittings and utensils are just above what you normally get in a holiday let, the whole place is perfect, the views brillaint and location spot on.

Will defo be heading back this year.

This was our second stay here, and once again we had a truly wonderful time.

We travelled from the Netherlands, just the two of us with our two dogs, and the house felt like coming home. The property is comfortable, spotless and very well equipped, making it a cosy and relaxing place, also in festive month December. The location is ideal: close to beautiful walking routes, the beach, the town and shops such as Morrisons, all within easy reach. Our dogs absolutely loved the area, with plenty of opportunities for long walks and beach time. What really makes this place special is the warm and personal contact with the owner, which made us feel genuinely welcome once again. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cornwall. The fact that we returned for a second stay says it all, we would happily come back again.

A lovingly furnished accommodation.

From the comprehensive kitchen equipment to the great sofa and comfortable bed, nothing was left to be desired. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Jackie also provided us with information about the accommodation and the surrounding area in advance, so we were well prepared.

A beautiful property with amazing views of Porth Beach.

Serous thought has gone into ensuring everything you could need is found in the property. We contacted the owner a couple of times and she responded quickly and was really helpful. It would be difficult not to enjoy a stay here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at 11 Ebb Tide, and we truly didn’t want to leave.

The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking, the property itself was spotless, and the thoughtful little touches made all the difference. The photos simply don’t do it justice, in my opinion, it’s even more beautiful in person. We brought our dog along, and the welcome touches of a blanket, bed, biscuits and even a drying towel for post-beach walks were just perfect. With Porth Beach right on the doorstep, along with a teahouse, family-friendly pub, pizza restaurant, coffee and pastry shop and ice cream parlour all within easy reach, you can happily park up and not need the car at all during your stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We hope to come back again very soon!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

Has everything you could need, it is very close to a lovely beach and the house is just perfect. One minor comment would be that the upstairs gets very warm, even when the outside temperature was 18-20 the upstairs living room and kitchen would always sit at about 26 so I think some kind of air conditioning would be ideal. This is however a minor thing and I would still rate 10/10 and happily will book again.

We loved staying at 11 Ebbtide.

Spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard throughout. Lovely view of Porth beach, we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony soaking it all in. A few good spots within walking distance for drinks/eats meant we hardly had to drive anywhere. Loved it, we will be back!

Wow!

The most beautiful house with a fantastic view! The attention to detail with what you need on holiday was amazing- tea, coffee, bin bags, tea towel etc all there- and more importantly, you are told before you leave home! Jackie and Andy have created a really beautiful holiday home which we feel lucky to have found! So close to the beach which was key for us, although it was hard to tear is away from the house sometimes!

11 Ebbstide is a stunning apartment.

It is dog friendly with a lovely secure garden. It also has private parking space. The property really has everything you need and is so comfortable. The views from the balcony of Porth Beach are stunning. Great stay - loved it and best place we have stayed in Cornwall.

We had the most amazing stay in this wonderful home.

It really is home from home, they have thought of everything. The location and views from the balcony are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped with high end equipment so you can cook any meal. The beds are comfortable. It's clean and tidy. Its super dog friendly. We really didn't want our holiday to end and the kids commented they would like to live there. And thank you for the amazing welcome pack after a long journey it was really appreciated.

We had a great stay at 11 Ebbtide.

We stayed for 15 days in September, the weather was great. Downstairs are the two bedrooms, a dressing, two bathrooms and utilityspace with washer/dryer and garden. Upstairs a big livingroom with views of the beach and sea. On the balcony you can have a sitdown and enjoy the views. There is an nice fully equiped kitchenarea with views at the parking (looking out on our car). The house is a newbuild and has al the facilities you need. It’s very clean, very good bed, rainshower. Everything was perfect for our holiday. Also the contact with the owner was perfect. We travelled with our two dogs (Viszla and Weimaraner) and the house is excellent for them. A close walk to the beach and coastal path. Also closeby an area for the first morning dogwalk (Century Cr) where you can meet the very friendly neighborhood doggies. There is always a handwave or a friendly talk with the locals. From there you can walk to St Columb minor. A walk to Watergate Bay on the cliffside and a return beachwalk (ebbtide) to Porth is great. Closeby there is the Mermaid Inn for a good meal and a lovely tearoom Gwenna. We and our dogs had a great stay at 11 Ebbtide. Greetings from the Netherlands.

A stylish , modern , comfortable property.

Top quality fabric and furnishings . Lovely little garden with good quality garden furniture ( beautiful big table and chairs ) . Super balcony - great for watching the sun set over the sea . Some of the party said it was their favourite place we have stayed in so far !

A perfect home from home.

Furnished to a high spec, lots of nice touches like the welcome pack and inclusion of tea/coffee/salt/spices etc. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the beach is just a couple minutes walk. I wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Highly reccommend.

Really brilliant property and we had a great time.

It was in a great location, so close to the beach with a lovely view and easy to walk to some places to eat. We had no problems with the parking. The facilities were great, loads of room and really comfortable. We used the bbq and the garden, and the balcony was great. The hot water stopped working on one occasion but we let the owner know and it was fixed within a couple of hours. There’s nothing I would change about it, it was perfect.

11 Ebbtide was absolutely perfect and was just as described when we booked.

The location was perfect with a great view of Porth beach, which was only a 5 minute walk away. The facilities were brilliant, especially all the amenities provided in the kitchen, as we did not expect it to have everything that it did. We would highly recommend this property and are likely to come back in the future.

Beautiful house.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The furnishings and equipment were of a very high quality - everything has been considered (including for the family dog). The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We loved the view in the direction of Porth Beach. We have stayed in Porth multiple times and this was our favourite accommodation. First class

The location of the property was excellent.

The views were better than we imagined - the view over Porth Beach and the sea were exceptional, better than the photos online gave it credit for. The quality of fixtures/fittings were excellent. Really high quality. The property felt very spacious - the people designing the house have done a great job i maximising the views, space available and comfort. The garden area was fab -we didn't use it much given it was February but a huge bonus. We would return and recommend it to others The welcome pack was superb - high-quality chocolates and a bottle of prosecco. All round a great experience

We had a very good feeling about the holiday and home right from the start with excellent correspondence from the owner and an incredibly detailed information pack.

The house was immaculate, spacious, modern, with fabulous views from the balcony and so warm! Great after surfing at Porth beach just a couple of minutes walk away! We are a family of 5 and always felt really at home. All my children took it in turns to sleep on the large sofa bed which was so comfortable. Each night we sat all together comfortably on the large L Shaped Sofa and watched a film. The greatest complement you can have in the hospitality industry is repeat business, we have already booked again for next year! It was that good! Thank you.

We drove from the Midlands and the property was easy to find.

An ideal location for a family with young kids and a dog. Beach access in 2 minutes, beautiful location, access to an easy walking route with amazing views. Close to other beaches. Shopping and more importantly McDonald's a short drive away. Property is new and immaculately maintained, kids loved it and wanted to stay longer.Private parking spot easy to access. Dog friendly. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place to stay.

The house was one of the best equipped ones we have stayed in and all of the little touches were fantastic. We didn’t end up bringing our dog, but if we did there were so many lovely things for a dog too. The views of the sunset were incredible from the balcony. I can’t recommend this property enough and we had the best time.
