  • “Whilst the property was generally clean it is very tired in our opinion and requires decoration.”

The main bedroom smelt very fusty and the carpet was very dirty and worn and the bedding was also very worn! Damp was very evident in the bathrooms.

The main bedroom smelt very fusty and the carpet was very dirty and worn and the bedding was also very worn! Damp was very evident in the bathrooms. Outside there was evidence of rotting decking approaching the property and was generally unkept in our opinion! There was no on site facilities and the hotel advertised has clearly been closed for some time with the obvious effects on the tidiness of its surroundings!
