    “We had a fabulous stay.”

The house was spotless when we arrived, cleaned at the highest standard. Trouble opening the key box, very stiff and difficult. Had to ask a passer by and he also experienced a problem, but got there in the end. Directions not the best upon arrival at car park, very confusing as there was another number 4. Feel this could be improved on, with more thorough directions. No hand rail on first flight of stairs from ground floor. This was a very big struggle for the elderly. And for me too as ...

And for me too as I have arthritis. Could do with a hand rail in the shower too, in the en-suite. The single beds were very easily moved, so had to be very careful if resting to put shoes on or something, as they were sliding at the slightest touch. Despite these few negatives, we had a wonderful time and the views are truly spectacular.

The property

Lovely three bedroom semi-detached holiday home.

Overlooks Porth Beach and Island.

Close to Watergate Bay.

Coastal Views.

Newquay 1.3 miles.

Ideally situated along the North Cornish Coast, the Beach House is a cosy family holiday home.

Overlooking both Porth Beach and Island, it’s perfect for families wanting to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Cornwall.

Its design helps to capture the stunning views that surround it, with all three of its bedrooms located on the ground floor, there’s a master double with en-suite, and a twin room.

Both of them also have access to the patio, which when entered is the perfect way to start the day.

On the first floor is the spacious open-plan living area, which consists of a well-equipped modern kitchen.

The dining area leads out to the balcony, so why not enjoy all your meals out there on a nice day?

A short stroll away from the Beach House takes you to the steps which lead directly onto Porth Beach and at low tide you can walk as far as Watergate Bay!

It’s a wonderful walk that has to be seen to be believed, if you’ve gone that far, why not stop off for lunch at one of the top eateries there before returning home?

Porth Beach is always worth a visit, as is Porth Island which is accessed by a footbridge.

It has prehistoric earthworks and the remains of an ancient settlement, while offering far reaching views of both the north and south of the coast.

There are also two highly recommended restaurants within a short walk, along with a pub which is actually situated on the beach!

The Beach House really is a great location to enjoy a well-earned holiday at any time of year.
