Ayr Farmhouse

The house was great.

High standard of fittings. The garden and parking were excellent and a real bonus in a costal house. There was lots of space inside and out. Quiet location but minutes away from the beach and town centre.

Fantastic property, the owner’s extremely helpful in the words of my daughter the best property we have stayed at & we’ve had a few over the years.

The property is well equipped, clean, spacious, and with a quiet secluded back garden.

Having offroad parking is a huge bonus in St Ives. The location makes it easy to get in and out of town in a car, and it's a very short walk to the centre of St Ives. Perfect. The best property we've ever stayed in, and we've been coming to St Ives for many years.

The house was perfect for us,and the garden was really lovely and perfect for our grandson to run around.

Being so near the beach was an added bonus as well. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed!

Great house, close to beach and town centre.

Plenty of exercise up and down the steep hills but that's part of St Ive's charm. Fantastic having such a lovely garden. House had everything we needed.

The house was lovely and clean, you had all the facilities you needed and it was in the most perfect location to get around easily and the dog walking beaches close by were perfect.

Everything we could possibly need for our stay was provided. Fantastic views from master bedroom of the coast. Only 5 mins walk to the beach and town. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again next year (2022).

Ayr Farmhouse is in a great location away from the bustle of St Ives town centre but within walking distance of the town and the beautiful Porthmeor beach (up and down a steep hill!

) There is a useful, local little shop opposite the farmhouse that stocked everything. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and of a high standard and the garden is a lovely retreat at the end of a beach day and a great place for children to play. The views from the master bedroom are stunning. Liz, the owner, was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Excellent location very close to Porthmeor beach but be aware that it's a Very steep hill to get there.

Didn't stop us going numerous times though both to beaches and to the centre of St Ives without needing to drive. Lovely garden and barbeque which gets the sun at various points in the day. The outdoor shower and toilet was very useful and still connected to the house across a very small covered outdoor part so not as outside as we'd feared. Plenty of kitchen things provided and all rooms very clean plus TVs everywhere if the weather doesn't provide. Main bedroom looking out over At Ives from rocking chairs was truly lovely.
