The Beach Hut

Lovely spacious place to stay very happy when we arrived also a nice welcome with the scones, Jam and clotted cream.

Close enough to beaches and harbour restaurants 10 minute walk down and a bit longer on the way back due to the steep hill but definitely able to walk everywhere. We left our car in the parking bay provided and didn’t move it until we went home. Our first morning was disturbed by banging and drilling to the property which we later discovered the owner was unaware of. As a good will gesture we were reimbursed money that covered our evening meal. We were happy with how the booking agent resolved our problem. Overall a wonderful stay.

7 minute walk down to nearest beach and then easy walk into St Ives. Great for a break away.

Absolutely brilliant, view the sea view really good.

Very cosy, modern and up to date, and really warm in a chilly February! Easy walk to the town centre, beach or harbour (but it's St. Ives, and the walk back is uphill!). Happy to recommend this accommodation and looking forward to coming back soon!

The beach hut was such a beautiful place to stay, for the week Home from home, it had everything you could wish for with the little touches.

. on a clear day the views out of the living room window to the sea were lovely, relaxing.. it has a parking space which is a bonus just a bit tight to park. Close to the centre and beaches of St Ives. The only thing I would say is you have mobility problems you would struggle to negotiate the spiral stair case and the streets are steep to and from the centre and beaches.. I would recommend otherwise and hope to stay again in the future..

This is a lovely property, it’s great to sit and eat breakfast and being able to see the sea.

The bed was really comfortable, plenty of storage space in the bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area. It was great to have a dedicated parking space in St Ives. Only a short walk from all the sights.

We would like to thank the owner for helping us with the problem that we encountered at the beginning of our holiday.

Generally a very good property in a convenient and quiet location.

The double gazing unit on the front window needs attention and the instructions on finding the property could have been clearer. Other than that we were very happy with our time at the Beach Hut

The Beach Hut was perfect for what we wanted for our stay.

It’s was in a great location for many of our ventures into town (quite steep stroll especially back but fine if you’re able) with great views. Everything was clean and had pretty much everything you would need for short stay. Parking was especially tight but manageable (a little tricky with two cars in and one parked directly behind). The main front double glazed window unit has failed so the view isn’t as shown on the listing and definitely spoiled what should have been nice spot but apart from that a nice property. We enjoyed our holiday and the Cornish weather didn’t disappoint. Thank you.

The property was noisy with the seaguls every morning no lie in awake from 5ish am.

Needs better glazing . Also stair case very rickerty as the screws arnt properly fitted in.

Booking was an easy process.

The cream tea was a wonderful surprise! Thank you for milk, tea and coffee as well. The cottage was perfectly clean, well presented and much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you to all concerned.

The accommodation was amazing, exactly as described.

We were very comfortable. The flowers and cream tea was a welcoming touch. We particularly enjoyed eating our breakfast and watching the sea. All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean, airy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the cream tea supplied on arrival was an unexpected bonus. We loved its position as we had a short walk to the beach and also the fact that it had a parking space, albeit a little tight, was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property and will visit again.

The mattress on the bed was very, very soft and we have both returned home with bad backs!

lovely comfy bed and dining table in bay window has views across rooftops to the sea.Those with some mobility issues may find the spiral staircase difficult to use.A little gem and hope we can return.

The beech hut was lovely and the owners were extremely helpful .

We were very pleased to find a cream team waiting so no immediate rush to the shop. Nice and clean ,would recommend it .
