1 Mill Cottages

A brilliant wee cottage in the heart of Porthtowan and close to a shop and a pub.

Cottage is well stocked with all the household things we needed, and even came with a starter box of essentials like washing up items, washing machine soap, biscuits, milk, tea and coffee. Highly recommend.

We loved the fluffy white towels, comfy double bed, shower, pint of milk, biscuits, coffee & tea bags, mini eco box, location by the beach, chip shop & local shop, pub, garden for the dog.

No hairdryer, baking tray or frying pan, or clothes rail for drying wet clothes if raining, No hot water in kitchen, so boiled kettle. Couldn't get hold of owner, number given was for cleaners. Overall a lovely cottage for 2 adults & 2 teenagers.

Great location for the beach walks and pub.

Only complaint utensil drawer needs checking to ensure enough supplied as only three forks and no cereal spoons. Would recommend hangars and bedside lamps
