Coach House

Coach House is a characterful two-storey apartment nestled on Clowance Holiday Park near Praze-an-Beeble, Cornwall, with designated parking for two cars and rustic exposed beams that hint at its heritage.

Ideal for families or friends, this retreat offers a peaceful base from which to explore the surrounding Cornish landscape.

Step through the door and you’ll find two inviting bedrooms waiting, one king-size and one twin, each with its own television and en-suite shower rooms.

The king-size room comes complete with a washer/dryer tucked away for added convenience.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where natural light spills across the seating and dining space.

Whether you’re catching up on a favourite programme or preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, the layout encourages shared moments.

With an oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, everything you need is within reach.

Outside, the shared courtyard offers a change of pace.

Sink into the hot tub and let the warmth rise around you, or settle into the outdoor furniture with a drink in hand as the evening draws in.

The gentle sounds of the countryside provide a quiet backdrop to your time outdoors.

Whether you're planning coastal walks or simply looking to reconnect with nature, Coach House offers a welcoming base for your next Cornish escape.
