The property

Surrounded by glorious Cornish countryside, in secluded rural lanes, is Polgear View.

This stylish, detached stone built barn conversion, offers long panoramic views across neighbouring fields.

The barn has been lovingly converted with great care by the owners to create a romantic retreat.

With all the modern comforts you could wish for this is a perfect choice for couples seeking a peaceful refuge to unwind and relax.

Inside Polgear View is a large open plan sitting room with dining area under a lofty beamed ceiling, adjoining a smart kitchen.

Curl up with your loved one on the comfy corner sofa in front of the warming woodburner stove.

To one end there's space to work or simply enjoy a good book and a secret cloakroom complete with toilet.

On the first floor, there is one beautiful bedroom with a super king size bed and a smart ensuite shower room.

Outside, you can relax in the garden over dinner for two whilst marvelling at the Cornish sunsets.

Ideally situated for exploring all parts of Cornwall, within a short drive are the beautiful sandy beaches and dramatic cliffs of the north coast and the meandering creeks and tidal moorings of the Roseland Peninsula.

For those who love the outdoors, this is an excellent destination.

Walkers and naturalists will love the scenic footpaths along the creeks and inlets of the Truro and Falmouth rivers.

The National Trust owned woodland park at Trelissick and the sub-tropical gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah, are well worth a visit, not to mention The Eden Project, Cornwall's spectacular global garden.

Polgear View is a beautiful retreat in perfect Cornish surroundings.
