“We had a lovely stay with Family at the Beach Halt.”
The house is lovely and spacious for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The house is lovely and spacious for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. We did encounter a few problems during our stay but the owner Jo was always available and quick to reply to texts and did her very best to resolve all these problems, although some of these were out of her control she was very apologetic about the situations. We did have my elderly parents with us, one of which uses a mobility scooter, unfortunately due to the location of the property they were unable to use the scooter as the house is located on a very bumpy lane and then through a sand dune which is unfortunately not suitable for people with disabilities so had to take out the car or rely on taxis (some of which won’t attempt the lane and suggested they get out at the top of the lane and walk). I had read previous reviews about being able to take a short cut through the caravan park next door to the house, however this is no longer available for access. All this aside though we had a very enjoyable time and would consider staying again if we ever holiday in Perranporth in the future. Thank you.
