Upstairs, the open-plan living space provides a bright and sociable hub, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with Freeview TV, perfect for relaxed evenings after a day exploring.
Step outside to the shared courtyard patio for a morning coffee, or wander through six acres of gardens and woodland where children and pets can roam freely.

The listing was very accurate in description the property had been cleaned, there was a ready supply of towels, the utensils, plates etc were well supplied and matching ( not always the case).
It was the end of season but just a few niggles with the property - one of the blinds upstairs was broken, there was no lock on the ensuite and the shower hose needed tightening. For a few nights not serious challenges
It was so sad to find our cottage full of cobwebs and spiders.
The shower ceiling has black mould. In the kitchen, upstairs, the inside of the microwave was really dirty and smelly. The cutlery and baking trays had food residue on them. Also there were no bowls or dishes to cook with. No lids for the saucepans either. I went straight away to let the hotel know the unsatisfactory condition of the cottage but they don’t have a manager and the property owner was not available. I am recovering from cancer and this was supposed to be a break away to recover. I didn’t expect to have to start to cleaning on our arrival.
Overall a good experience.
Some areas are dated and the loo constantly ran however the beds where really comfortable! Not had such a good nights sleep for a long time. Friendly, welcoming, quirky
