The bathrooms were all immaculate.
Where it fell down:
- Cleanliness, I moved the sofas back to setup my exercise matt, and there were lots of crumbs and debris underneath. There were also cobwebs in the light fittings.
- the fridge door fell off as we unpacked our shopping. We reported it, but nothing was ever fixed or changed. It was quite annoying, making getting food out of the fridge a 2person job all week! I also think this was an old maintenance issue as there were no shelves in the door, which indicated to me they'd been removed for a good reason.

Regarding the fridge, our property maintenance team was contacted by a member of your party on Monday, advising that it had stopped working on the Saturday. A replacement was ordered the same day it was reported; however, delivery was unfortunately delayed by the supplier and was scheduled for installation on Friday. The team were advised that your party had vacated on Thursday and had confirmed that this issue had not impacted your stay. Our cleaning team takes great pride in maintaining high standards, as reflected in your comments and those of other guests. Nevertheless, we will ensure that the areas you have highlighted are reviewed thoroughly.
