Ramble or cycle the South West Coast Path.

Drive west and explore the picturesque village of National Trust Boscastle, with dramatic steep valley and scenic natural harbour.

Enjoy a pit stop for refreshment at one of the waterside tearooms after browsing the art galleries.

Tintagel Castle, legendary home of King Arthur has a secret beach below for paddling and rock-pool fun. Senafe is a detached contemporary bungalow with a good sized garden with off- street parking.

All on one floor, the accommodation has a nautical, coastal feel with a bright living/dining room for gatherings and foody feasts with a wood burner for extra snugness in the cooler months.

The modern kitchen has all the appliances and the little conservatory is a sanctuary for peace with a good book.

All three bedrooms are comfy and sleep-inducing.

The garden is a spot for pets and children to play, relaxation, sun-downer drinks and blue-sky dining.

About the location

WIDEMOUTH BAY

Bude 3 miles; Tintagel 16.6 miles

On the outskirts of Bude, this small coastal hamlet looks out over one of the area’s top surfing beaches. Famous for its rugged coastline, tumbling surf and excellent walking, it’s the place to relax and unwind. Lively Bude, with its town, beaches, clubs, pubs and resort attractions is 3 miles away, while to the north the Coast Path winds its way over the cliff tops toward the lonely lighthouse at Hartland Point, and on to the beautiful cliff side village of Clovelly. Take the main ‘Atlantic Highway’ north from Bude and you’ll also pass the Big Sheep and Milky Way theme parks, both great days out. If you love the countryside but don’t want to be too far from the holiday action, this is the place to stay.
