Driving through St Agnes to the apartment, you will understand why this utterly charming village holds so much appeal all year round.

Just off the main street up a quiet lane the apartment has two private parking spaces adjacent and is reached after driving through the electric gates.

All the accommodation is on the ground floor; you enter into an entrance hall and then the open plan living room with comfortable sitting and dining areas both overlooking the garden.

Follow back through into a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook feasts fit for a king.

There are three comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities, and a family bathroom opposite the other, offering options for everyone.

The garden is accessed through French doors from the living room and is a lovely quiet spot to relax after a day on the beach or on one of the amazing cliff walks all close by.

Even closer, and only a few minutes’ walk, is the wonderful selection of restaurants and pubs as well as the choice of character independent shops for which St Agnes is well regarded.

With a choice of four beaches, some of the finest coastal walking in the country all set in both an area of outstanding natural beauty and a World Heritage Site there will always be plenty to do and enjoy here.

St Agnes is a thriving picturesque village on the Cornish coast, with four beaches on the doorstep and surrounded by wonderful countryside.
