“The house was very comfortable well laid out, however there was no WiFi in the top room, and it took me 15 minutes to find the cutlery drawer.”

Apart from having to walk up and down the hill it was close enough to the town centre and harbour to be able to leave the car behind.

Situated in a prime location, it’s ideal for exploring Cornwall’s most renowned seaside town on foot, and serves as a perfect retreat for families, friends, and couples.

The open-plan living room has a cosy, homely feel, complete with a dining area and kitchen.

The first floor features a twin room (which can be linked to form a king-size bed on request) and a stylish bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, while the top floor boasts a second bedroom with stunning dual-aspect sea views.

At the front, a small sunny patio area with a bistro table and chairs provides an inviting spot for alfresco dining.

St Ives, almost encircled by the sea, is home to a variety of golden beaches, with Porthmeor Beach being the largest and only a short downhill walk away.

It's perfect for surfing, swimming, building sandcastles, and enjoying the finest sunsets in town.

You can book a surf lesson, reserve a table at a beachside restaurant, or visit the iconic Tate St Ives gallery next to the beach.

Wander into the town centre to explore cobbled streets lined with boutique shops, art galleries, and charming cafes, inns, and restaurants.

Head towards the seafront to absorb the harbour’s atmosphere, where you may spot a curious seal or dolphin among the fishing and pleasure boats.

The surrounding tall granite cliffs, wild moorland, hidden coves, and diverse wildlife make for an incredible experience on the South West Coast Path, while nearby landmarks such as Land's End, St Michael's Mount, and The Minack Theatre offer unforgettable holiday experiences.

Ideally located for a range of coastal adventures, Breakers Point truly has it all!

About the location

ST IVES

Penzance 6 miles.

One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more. With its semi Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, it's easy to see why this is the county's premier holiday resort. The surrounding area has much for the visitor to see and do with abundant wildlife, fabulous coastal walks, top quality surfing and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach. A superb destination!
