    “Absoutly brilliant accommodation, I would highly recommend this to any family looking for a getaway.”

    We had two children aged 4 and 5 aswell aswell as a 9 month old baby and there was plenty of room for all of us. The grass area outside the accommodation was brilliant for the children and easy to keep an eye on them. It was very clean and together. The only few things I would say is, there were no towels or hand towels and there was no travel cot but this was easily sorted, pop up to the bar and they can provide one. I also booked this very last minute, so didnt really give the owner ...

Il sure they would have sorted it had I give them more time and notice. Overall experience was absoutly brilliant. If you are looking at reviews before booking it, just book it! You will not be disappointed. Thankyou for a lovely stay and will be booking again in the future.

I’m sorry to hear that there were no towels at the lodge. There should have been. I had recently left and was aware that I hadn’t left towels out as this is sorted when we know how many guests will be staying, and at the time I had no bookings and so checked if everything was in place for your stay when I received notice from Sykes, so an unfortunate over site I’m afraid and am sorry for this. We do actually have a travel cot at the lodge, but hadn’t been made aware that one was required on your booking details. Pleased you managed to find one though. I am very happy to take calls from guests during a stay if there are questions or problems as this is always best and I will always endeavour to sort things from my end as Parkdean merely provide the pitch. 3 The Glade is a wonderful holiday lodge situated on a popular holiday park in St Minver, Cornwall.

3 The Glade is a pet-friendly property, ideal for couples, families or friends needing a short getaway exploring the beautiful coast and countryside of Cornwall.

Walking up the steps to the generous decking, you may contemplate how you will spend the day over a coffee, or in the evening take your dinner party outside to the table, while overlooking the countryside.

You may choose between three of the bedrooms to get your much-needed rest for day ahead.

One king-size room with a Smart TV with an en-suite shower, and two twin-rooms.

Soak in the bath or rinse under the shower, before settling down for some rest.

Host dinner parties on the six-seater dining table with plenty of essentials in the kitchen to try out a new dish, make a comfort meal, or to even just keep the chef company!

Afterwards, unwind on the large sofa in front of the fire; a perfect way to end your day of making memories and chatting about your adventure for the next day.

When you wake in your calming new abode, Rock Beach, Brea Beach, Greenaway Beach and Polzeath Beach, to name a few, all await sandy footsteps and surfboards.

The town of Rock cannot be missed, an iconic fishing village on the coast, which offers plenty of water-sporting activities like sailing, water skiing and windsurfing; or there are plenty of top-class restaurants and shops around to keep yourself busy while the adrenaline junkies get to work!

For the golf fanatics of your family, St Enodoc Golf Club is a perfect base with stunning views over to Padstow.

Finally, The Mariners Public House offers an array of seafood dishes, beer and wine to satisfy that craving; while overlooking Cornwall’s Camel Estuary.

Padstow 1.5 miles via ferry; Polzeath 2.8 miles; Wadebridge 6.2 miles.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country.
