Villa 29, a holiday lodge with two bedrooms, is perched on the outskirts of the charming Cornish town of Camelford.

This home, which is excellent for families with young children and has easy access to local amenities, is ideally situated for visiting Cornwall and its breathtaking landscapes.

Be sure to make full-use of the open-plan living area, which comes with a fully-equipped kitchen where the designated chef can work their culinary magic, and a dining/sitting area where the entire family can congregate to enjoy their meals while watching a film on the wall-mounted TV.

Make time for a long, relaxing bath as night falls before retiring to one of the two tastefully-furnished bedrooms that lie waiting to comfort you after a day full of fun.

Take a short drive into Camelford, a local town with a supermarket, cash point, butchers and fish and chip shop or visit Enfield Park, a park with green space and playgrounds ideal for keeping the little ones entertained.

A wider choice of shops and restaurants are available at Wadebridge.

You can reach Tintagel, a coastal town in the northwest, by taking a brief car ride.

This seaside town is home to a number of must-see attractions, including Tintagel Castle, Barras Nose, the National Trust landmark of Glebe Cliff, as well as the enigmatic location of Merlin's Cave, which is thought to have once been the fabled wizard's home.

A little further west along the coast is Padstow, where you can spend an entertaining afternoon at the National Lobster Hatchery or elect for a more tranquil day by taking a leisurely stroll along Hawker's Cove.

The Blue Reef Aquarium and the Newquay Zoo provide a whole day of fun for the whole family, so Newquay is definitely worth a visit if you want to make a day of it.

Alternatively head over to Bodmin Moor ideal for walkers.

The property is also adjacent to a golf course, Bowood Park.

Port Isaac is a short drive away , the fictional port of Port Wenn, where Doc Martin was filmed.
