“Really nice quiet place to stay with relatively easy access to the rest of Cornwall.”

It’s located roughly halfway between Constanine and Porkellis just south of the A394 in Seworgan. Whichever road you take to get there is single track with close hedging, blind bends & passing places but usually no traffic issues. Kitchen has everything you need,. Bedroom comfy bed but no extra tv. Bathroom top notch and well appointed. Main living area has plenty of room with fold out dining table & chairs opening onto decking, the entrance door could be improved by the use of a privacy blind but this is minor as there are no neighbours other than the goats a couple of fields away and mostly blocked by another building. Slight downsides are a sinking sofa, wall mounted tv which doesn’t move and intermittently noisey kitchen fan. Broadband speed registered between 10-12 Mb/s. The owners are really nice & helpful. We would stay again & recommend the Reading room.
